Two days accomodation in our comfortable apartments can accommodate people from 2 to 6. Guests can relax and enjoy in our 103 hectares of agriculture land. A tennis court, a table tennis, a bicycle, a swimming pool are all services guests can use for free. The basic program included: > Day 1: Arrive, welcome drink and dinner: will be served in one of our garden ( next the swimming pool or in the rose garden or garden next the eucalyptus tree,…) with some chairs and tables. Guests will taste our traditional aperitivo and our pizzas made in the oven during the welcome drink in an informal atmosphere > Day 2: continental breakfast under verandawith cold meats and local cheeses, home made pastries and biscuits, organic fruit, yogurt, local bread, our honey and jams, caffetteria and fresh orange juice or fresh shakes > Day 2: Lunch Wedding: served in our restaurant or in our gardens . back ground music, flowers and decorations all to create the right atmosphere > Day 2: Ceremony can be celebrate in one of our areas ( church in our farm, in the ‘Stallone’ or under the big Eucaliptus tree) > Day 2: Aperitivo, A cheer after the celebration is to be chosen in one of our available areas. > Day 2: Wedding dinner can be served in our orchard yard or at the restaurant with the right decorations > Day 2: Party with open bar The price of 199,00 euro is per person and included basic drink. We are pleased to offer our full wedding planning and management service from beginning to end; the cost includes: Design of a personalized wedding project, according to your desires and in respect of your budget. Unlimited consultation with you by Skype calls, phone calls and emails during all the organization of the wedding, also on weekends and non-working hours. Search of Church or location for civil/symbolic ceremony. Search of the perfect wedding venue. Selection, management and coordination of all the wedding vendors including florists, photographers, musicians, caterers, entertainment, attire, hair dressing and make-up, stationery, car/bus rentals, accommodations etc. Search and management of vendors’ best quotes and contracts, always in respect of price/quality ratio and your budget. All the vendors will be directly paid by you. Management and coordination of the wedding timeline. Management and coordination of the wedding budget and ongoing tracking of payments. On site inspection of the venues with you. Organization and management of the rehearsal dinner before the wedding and/or the brunch the next day. Day of coordination: briefing to all the vendors and on site assistance during the wedding day. For our services we require a 25% down payment on signing of agreement and the remaining in other three monthly/bimonthly payments with the balance paid 60 days prior to the event. The indicated cost is VAT included. All the vendors will be directly paid by you, we will give you all their bank details. Furthermore, we would be pleased to offer you any other service you may require, such as assistance with paperwork but, depending on the single cases, additional charges may apply. We will also be happy to assist you if you need only some of the services indicated above; the cost will depend on what you will request. The package is designed for weddings up to 150 guests. The ceremony will be held at the villa. Shooting on the beach, on the boat everywhere you want. It's a fantastic scenery the beautiful town of Santa Maria. The breaktaking views, live music and stunning decor. You can choose only photo or video also, the duration is 2- 3 hours more or less depends on the kind of work you prefer. This moment is very important before the wedding, the excitement, love, magic moments are captured in some beautiful images. Here's a little info for you.... The majority of my photos are natural and unposed, and apart from requested group photos or couple portraits I rarely interfere in your day. I'm constantly on the look out for special moments of interaction and emotion during a wedding, whilst using light and my surroundings to add a creative twist. I offer simple packages. They are all day, begining with your preparations, however if you were after a more bespoke package let me know your requirements and we can make alterations. Starting early allows for time to not only get photos of the build up and the emotions and details, but also allows time to say hi to your friend and have a coffee together! Photos taken during this time include dress, jewellery, shoe and flower details, make-up going on and hair going up , tears coming down, laughter and panic. Expect all the usual pics, your ceremony, speeches, meals, partying, plus any group shots you'd like and a little chilled out 'newly-wed' portrait session whenever suits. Also feel free to grab me at any point if you wanted a specific photo during the day (you are the boss). No matter where your wedding is taking place or how big or small it is, please get in touch.
