You don't have to stress about getting everyone to me the day of the wedding, I come to you with over 13yrs experience! I find the brides enjoy relaxing and hanging out with their girls in the comfort of their own space. I provide Hair prices only, (below) I have the list of Artists that I work closely with and I have them price out makeup themselves. It keeps it simpler. Prices are as follows: total for the bride (which includes products for you and your girls, my travel within 40miles of Naples, and a 75$ non- refundable deposit to secure the date.) 75$ now and $125 due the day of. 65$ for a trial if you want one. 50$ if an assistant is needed (whether its amount of people exceeds 7 OR timing calls for it) Everyone should arrive with clean, fully dry hair. There is a minimum of 4 people (if there are not enough people and you are still interested we can discuss some options). The Full Service Wedding Planning Package includes: recommending, booking, and communication with all vendors, setting up payments and sending reminder emails for payment due dates, developing a theme and design that is perfect for your personality and preferences, keeping track of your budget, creating a planning checklist, unlimited access to me throughout the planning process, 2 site visits, ceremony and dinner rehearsals, set-up and clean-up on the day of, itinerary and schematics, and fixing any hiccups that occur throughout the day. This package is 10% of the total cost of your wedding.

For an engagement shoot I generally work with the couple for about two hours utilizing one or two locations.  I have quite a few spots that I use in Marin and San Francisco but I am open to trying new locations as well. The shoot itself is very fun and easy going.  I do many different poses and try to get different reactions out of the two of you.  For clothing I usually recommend bringing a second outfit to change into half way through the shoot so you can have more diverse images. After the shoot I edit and color correct all of the images and deliver a final gallery which will contain anywhere from 100-200 images.  They are all print ready and there are easy instructions on how to download the hi-res images to your computer which you would have the rights to use for whatever you would like.

We will help you with your personal vows writing (Optional) or any poem or special scripture you would like to incorporate in the ceremony. We will arrive 45-60 minute early to your wedding ceremony site to help you in any way that we can. You will have unlimited calls and emails 24/7 communication. We will laminate your wedding vows for you to keep after the ceremony. We will collaborate with you or your Wedding Planner, Wedding Designer to confirm the details of your ceremony such as lineup, music, and scripture/ poem readers, video and photographer to ensure a seamless and stress free ceremony with wonderful photo opportunities. We will also conduct the rehearsal if you need us too. (Optional) As a result, your wedding ceremony will express your own personal style and it will convey exactly what you want to share with your family and friends on this special day. We will officiate you wedding ceremony in English or Spanish. We will sign the marriage license and return it to the Registrar-Recorder County Clerk by Priority Mail and give you a photo-copy if you request.

This package includes professional sound system with 2 speakers and 4 hours of music/M.C. for event. You may add dance floor lighting, room accent lighting, custom monogram lighting, video recording or web-casting for an additional fee. We also offer recording of ceremony audio for years of memories or to add to a video montage. Travel within 30 miles of Corona is included.

The costs To hire Gwaenynog exclusively for your wedding includes the following: Use of Gwaenynog Farmhouse, Campsite & Barn from Friday noon to Sunday/Monday noon, depending on your plans. This should allow plenty of time for the set-up, and more importantly, the clear-down afterwards! Including all 4 en-suite bedrooms in the B&B Use of the campsite – with up to 30 pitches, including 5 electric hook-ups Free Wifi inside the house Free use of fire-pits and Gwaenynog gardens Additional costs will include: Catering for your event – this can be anything from a hog roast, buffet or sit-down 3 course meal. We have recommendations of local companies you can use, depending on your choice and style Marquee hire & decoration – whether the marquee is placed on our yard or a field at Gwaenynog Barn decoration for the ceremony – you decide what you want and how it should be done. Any furniture for the wedding reception and ceremony – we can recommend who to use, but it will all depend on your budget. We have 30 chairs, and 8 long folding trestle tables available, plus 3 smart wooden dining-style tables – anything else will need to be hired Transport for those not staying at Gwaenynog – although we can accommodate campers, and you can even arrange for a “village” of bell tents from a supplier, we can also give you details of local B&B’s and self-catering places (not everyone will want to camp!), so we suggest a minibus to transport to-and-from the locations that others may stay. (Worked well for our first wedding!) Disco/band – depending on your choice, or bring your own music Bank holidays will carry an additional cost, as we will not split the weekend – it’s exclusive to you Bar – we can give details for barrels of local beer to be delivered, in time to settle for the day, as well as recommend a supplier for a cash bar. We will not charge corkage or anything if you choose to bring your own. It all depends on your budget and how many guests you invite… Hopefully this gives you some ideas. Our wedding package includes everything you need for your special day. For your Wedding Breakfast we provide the Grange Suite; dressed with linen, chair covers and bows, with balloons and flowers for the guests’ tables, and swags and a special arrangement for your top table. Guests will be welcomed with Pimms or Orange Juice on arrival before sitting down to a delicious 3 course meal with a glass of wine. We even include a glass of Prosecco for the toast. In the evening, we will provide a full disco with DJ in the Lakeside Room, accompanied by a finger buffet. We want to work with you to create the perfect wedding; if you have preferred suppliers and wish to personalise the package to suit your existing plans, we are very flexible.
