Personalized wedding ceremony in Quebec City with civil registration for a civil marriage. Civil and/or religious ceremony with many options suggested. Small or big weddings, I take care of all the details for your ceremony and civil registration with the Quebec government. Fees are starting at $450 CAN depending of traveling to the location. Rehearsal on site can be added at an additional fee. Meeting with me before the wedding is included at no additional fee (if possible for you). A deposit of $150 is necessary to confirm the reservation and balance is due 20 days before wedding. No taxes to be added as I am a pastor-minister recognized by the governement here in Quebec province. I may help you with everything that you would need for a memorable wedding experience here in beautiful Quebec City (location, photographer, florist, musician, wedding planner and so on). Your Wedding, Your Way Anytime Your Wedding, Your Way would be at a location of your choosing. You can choose your own vows, readings and other elements such as Unity Candle, Sand Ceremony, or special readings to make the ceremony reflect your own personalities and relationship, as much customization as desired. I write a ceremony based on what you desire and then send it out for your review. You then know word for word what I will be saying the day of and can add, change, or delete to insure it reads is just the way you want it. This includes unlimited phone consultations and email correspondence, and a copy of the ceremony for you to review before the big day. An in-person meeting is also included on request for ceremony planning purposes. On the day of the wedding we will arrive at least 30 minutes before start time, perform your ceremony, handle the details of the marriage license and then file your license for you.

This is the basic package, which includes, consultation, ceremony, PA system, beautiful destination locations for ceremony,& taking care of marriage license by two very personable wedding officiants. Add on's would be additional costs, i.e sand ceremony, unity candle, hand fasting or jumping the broom ceremony, just to name a few. The group numbers can vary. Rehearsals woul be an additional $150 if done on a different day.
