Wedding packages

A 5 hour reception on Friday or Saturday runs ( I would need to confirm all the details of the evening). That includes set up and tear down, travel, dance floor lights, wireless mic for the reception toast and includes meeting with you personally for around 2 hours to go over all the details and plan the evening. (This is normally done 6 weeks ahead of time) I have the state of the art "Wireless Led Uplighting" that only runs $300 if you want to add it. Look at the pictures on my website, Labeled Uplighting. You'll be working with me personally all the way through, so you will be dealing with one person from the planning stage, all the way to the Emceeing and dance music that's played on the big day. As your Emcee, I become the Wedding reception coordinator and take care of the details of running the evening. I've MC'd & Dj'd several hundred wedding receptions and have a reputation for keeping the energy fun and things moving along smoothly so the Bride and Groom don't have to worry about anything. My attitude is: The focus of the wedding should be the Bride and Groom not the Dj even though I'm running the evening. I have around 28,000 songs but if you want some I don't happen to have I don't mind picking them up, I'm buying music all the time. The music for dancing will be tailored to your taste. Price per hour. It includes consultation, a large music library, lights, an expert MC. 50% deposit upfront. $25 travel fee if the venue is outside the Denver Metro area (like Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Greeley, etc.) There is no charge for setup or takedown.

Assist in choosing a ceremony and reception venue. Securing agreement and finalizing details with site. Assist with budget management. Help design wedding concept, and/or themes and décor. Assist with choosing vendors such as: florist, officiate, photographer, caterer, rental company, hair stylist, tuxedo rentals. Attendance to the floral design and venue/catering meetings, plus any additional key meetings (when necessary). Vendor Management. Finalize agreements and act as a liaison. Help secure accommodations for out of town guests. Assist with putting together wedding weekend itinerary and maps for the guests, wedding party and parents. Help with locating, timing & contracting transportation for you, your wedding party and/or guests. Consultation meetings throughout planning process. Choreograph the ceremony in advance as well as reception structure. ~Prepare a comprehensive timeline of the wedding day. Be the liaison between vendors, as well as family if necessary. Confirm all vendors. Orchestrate the rehearsal, ceremony and reception the week of the wedding. Provide a checklist timeline from 12 months out. Set of two (2) fine crystal champagne flutes. 9 inches tall, 23 centimeters. Holds 5.75 ounces, 170 ml. Lead free crystal Washing by hand suggested. This set can be purchased either with or without personalization. Current turnaround time from purchase to ready-to-ship is about a week to 10 days.

Our site fees start at $5,000 and go up to $10,000 depending on the number of your guests. We include use of the venue from 10am - 11 pm on your wedding day, ceremony site with altar and panoramic views of the Continental Divide, our beautiful 4,100 square foot tent with roll up sides and cathedral windows, tables and chairs, 120 yr old historic barn with saloon, luxury toilet trailer, lighted parking area and evergreen grove with game area, horseshoe pits and a sandbox for kids. The B Lazy 2 Ranch is set in a 12 acre meadow that has panoramic views of the Continental Divide providing for amazing photo opportunities. You will have access to the Ranch from 3-8pm the night before for decorating, rehearsing and welcome dinner. We also have a bridal suite and grooms cabin for the wedding parties to get ready for an additional fee. We partner with Peak Beverage for your alcohol service. They have packages that are all-inclusive or depending on your budget ones in which you provide the TIPS certified bartenders. We also have food caterers that we recommend and would be more than happy to connect you with. While we do not have lodging on-site, we partner with some lodging companies that are located just a few minutes from the Ranch. We can also put you in contact with shuttle services for your guests, florists, DJ's, bands and just about anything else you might need! Shoot type will be based off of the couple. The shoot will last one hour, if booked along with a wedding package an 8X10 will be brought to the wedding for display. Digital link to share images will be sent to couple for sharing! We also can assist with creating save the dates and wedding invitations!

This is our most popular package, adding the most coverage, for the couple who refuse to leave the biggest day of their lives to mere memories. This package provides a complete and permanent record of your wedding day. We'll provide you with the following events, in their entirety; -Your Ceremony -Grand Entrance, First Dance, Parent Dances and Toasts. Along with highlights of the rest of your wedding day, edited in an entertaining and compelling way. You'll also receive a creatively edited 3-4 highlight of the best-of-the-best moments of your day to email and share with anyone who was not able to attend. Time limits and other conditions apply. The Good Shepherd ranch is a working Horse Ranch & lovely outdoor venue in the beautiful high desert setting of the Sierrita Mountains, we are off of Ajo & Sierrita Mountain road. Our Ranch offers an elegant, rustic/western feel with beautiful horses in the backdrop. What we provide/include: A fairy tale horse & French wedding carriage for the Bride, Bride & bridemaids preparation area. For Reception: tables, chairs, & table linens, lighted wrought Iron Arch ways, two ponds, all for a flat rate. This price includes Ceremony & Reception! Catering: For dinner we provide a southwestern cuisine, simple & not complicated but a very delicious Carne Asada Steak dinner, as well as - Marinated BBQ pork, & Marinated BBQ chicken, So you get all 3 meats for your guest served with 2 sides of your choice. For drinks: we provide lemonade, Tea & coffee to all guest. Our catering is full service, includes all dishes, glasses & cutlery. All for the flat rate of $15 per Person/Plate. We will also provide a Cake table & Bride/Groom table with linens at no additional cost. If you rent our Ranch as your venue everything (both ceremony & reception together) will be at a flat rate & the Ranch is yours privately for the day. Four hours of Master of Ceremonies and DJ music. Plus: a 2 page wedding planner. 1 hour consultation. Lights for the dance floor. Slide show on 22" screen with your .jpg photos. Up to 20 minutes overtime at no charge.

The basic package includes officiating your wedding and a one-hour, preliminary meeting to go over what you'd like to include in the ceremony. For an additional $50, I can also attend a rehearsal. Pre-marital counseling (up to four sessions) is available at no extra charge. A $50 deposit is due at the preliminary meeting and the balance is due on the day of the ceremony.

Our engagement session packages include one hour of photography at the location or locations of your choosing, post-processing enhancement of all of your images, an online gallery of all your retouched photos, and all of your high-resolution files via digital download with personal printing and usage rights. Travel fees apply for destinations more than 45 minutes from our Denver studio.
