Our wedding consultants understand they are not there to make decisions for you but rather to guide and assist you in making informed decisions. In this most popular package, our wedding consultants will: reception Consultations can begin as early as 12+ months prior to wedding. Begin with monthly face to face planning meetings ( 1.5hrs max. each) Budget Review and payment reminders Vendor research and recommendations-Finding the best professionals to provide the couple with exactly what they want. There are many talented experts available in the Kansas City area, but the difference between a good one and the right one is huge. Working with the right vendors is key to executing the vision for the perfect day. Negotiate the costs and contacts with vendors/venues Schedule appointments to interview perspective vendors-when necessary your coordinator will attend meetings (up to 2 meetings per vendor classification) Special consultations to develop wedding theme and design-via phone, e- mail or in person Establish a monthly checklist and timeline for you Arrange out-of-town guest accommodations Assist in the creation and design of unique themes and décor for the ceremony and Meet with you for final appointment to review and finalize all details of your wedding • Contact all vendors and review the details and timeline so that everyone is on the same page Coordinate your rehearsal Direct all vendors on the day of your wedding so that everything remains on schedule Ensure that the ceremony and reception sites are set up and decorated exactly according to your wishes Remain onsite for the ceremony and reception to attend to all details and any potential issues that may arise so that you can simply relax and be a guest at your own event!

A Creekside Affair is an award-winning wedding venue that offers Idaho couples a gorgeous wedding venue with convenient services and amenities for an affordable price. This outdoor wedding venue is located 10 miles outside of Caldwell and 45 minutes from Boise. It's serene, private and naturally scenic. The year-round creek on the west side of the property is what inspired the name 'A Creekside Affair.' Our 2 acre lake pond is accented with sparkling fountains, surrounded by cattails, trees and landscaping - perfect for stunning wedding photography! Photographers have a wide variety of scenery to capture beautiful images of your big day at this picturesque venue. They frequently ask to come back for other photo shoots. :) A Creekside Affair's island is what sets us apart - large enough for ceremonies of up to 150 guests, this is a way to have a unique ceremony surrounded by water and with your reception across the bridge on the mainland. The ceremony can also be held at a couple of different spots on the mainland. There is a brick and sandstone 20 foot by 30 foot fully lighted covered area (this works great for a dance floor!) with a full indoor bathroom attached plus a storage room, and electricity. Couples love the 10 foot tall cascading water feature as well! We're always improving the property! We just built a brand new 60 foot by 80 foot pavilion covered area building that's going to be great for a rain shelter and more reception space! :) We also just installed more outdoor lighting for the place - fairy tale lights and lamp post lights. :) - Venue area from 8 a.m.-midnight - Brand new 60 foot by 80 covered pavilion area - 20 foot by 30 foot lighted covered pavilion area - Full indoor bathroom - Spacious bride's suite for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in, - 15 6' round tables (these seat 10) - 6 5' rectangular tables - Tablecloths in 5 colors (white, ivory, light gray, chocolate brown and black) - 150 white plastic folding chairs - 2 arbors - 1 custom-made rustic wooden one + 1 metal - 1 10'x10' white canopy - Extras like a rustic ice chest + shepherd hooks for decorating - Complimentary trash service - Clean-up crew - Set-up & take-down service of everything we provide Max occupancy: 250 guests Alcohol policy: An Idaho licensed and insured alcohol vendor to bring and dispense any alcohol that is to be served at weddings. We need to see proof of your alcohol vendor's license and insurance at least 2 weeks before your event. Food policy: You are welcome to hire any caterer or your choice or bring in your own food. We're not contracted with anyone but we are happy to refer you to wedding vendors in the Treasure Valley that we think are excellent!

The price listed is the wedding minimum for the greater Twin Falls area. It includes DJ services for both the ceremony and the reception, assuming they are both at the same "exact" spot or room. Services include unlimited playlist requests (most DJ's do not allow this). Give me a playlist and I will show up with all music ready to go. I will always take requests from the guests if authorized to do so. I arrive at the wedding with a complete compliment of high quality sound equipment and back up equipment including wired and wireless microphones. This is a set fee. I do not charge by the hour and I do not charge extra as long as the reception ends by 1 AM. I provide you with an exhaustive wedding questionnaire that covers every imaginable function at a ceremony and reception. I consistently work the background with all other vendors, coordinators etc. to ensure a smooth flow of events at the ceremony and reception. A good wedding DJ actually becomes your wedding coordinator if you do not have one. I believe this is your special day, not mine, and I give you exactly what you want. If your ceremony and reception are not in the same exact room or spot, I will provide an additional sound system as you will need immediate music after the ceremony. Please contact me for additional fees that may be necessary. Dance lighting, fog machines etc. are available at additional cost as well.

Our horse and carriage rental cost for wedding's , depend on location of wedding and also how long we are needed for your wedding. Our basic starter package for out of town weddings start this price for the first hour and $60 per hour after that.. Our package gives you 1 Draft horse and carriage for your special day, the driver dressed on appropriate attire ( black coat, tie and top hat). and 1 hour of time ( more available if needed). Deposit of half down is required at time of signing contract and remaining balance is due 1 month before wedding. for any other details please inquire with DeeAnn. Thank you

I offer Christian and non-religious ceremonies that can be tailored to fit your unique flavor. My services include the marriage ceremony as well as the necessary paperwork to file your marriage with the State of Hawaii. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

There are 10 beds total - 6 Queens and 4 singles, which sleep 16 people max. Pricing drops to $200 per room if all eight rooms are booked at the same time. Rooms are available to rent the night before and the night of your event. For an additional fee of $500 your caterer may use the “hot kitchen” to cook food on site with a deep fryer, 3 ovens, 12 gas burners, 1 large steak grill and 1 large griddle.
