Our Most Popular package includes the things that we feel are essential to our brides' wedding day! We include 2 lead photographers, up to 8 hours of coverage, a gorgeous Legacy wedding album, and an online gallery. We make it easy for our brides to download their images and order professional prints directly from their gallery. Engagement sessions are also an important part of our wedding experience! It's a time where we can really get to know each other, help you feel comfortable and confident in front of our cameras, and let you see what the wedding day will be like. It's one of our favorite parts of the wedding experience!

With the Signature Wedding package we’ll include your choice of options for one flat rate plus you can meet with your potential DJ/Emcee prior to booking. Get exactly what you want and don’t get stuck paying for equipment & services you don’t need (see examples below). Wedding Day Shoot 6 hours on-site, 2 cameras and wireless mics, one operator, 3 fully authored DVDs, 4-6 weeks turn around. 50% due at signing of an agreement, balance due the week before the wedding. This package includes a price drop of $100.

This is a pre-written ceremony where I insert your names. It comes with vows, but you're welcome to write your own. You can read the text of the pre-written ceremony I'm happy to meet with you ahead of time, though it's certainly not required. The fee doesn't include travel outside of Chittenden County, or the rehearsal, which is something we can chat about in person. To reserve your date, you can make a $100 non-refundable deposit at vermontweddingofficiant.com/contact. The balance is due the day of the ceremony, along with the marriage license. In fact, if you designate someone to hand me both when I arrive, then I don't have to go chasing you down for them afterwards!

This package includes the bridal bouquet, the grooms boutonniere and 5 bridesmaids, and 5 groomsmen flowers... Also included is 2 mother and 2 father bout/corsages.

The Must Have package focuses on two weeks prior to your wedding day (plus three personal meetings held at your discretion) and includes professional consulting and coordinating in addition to rehearsal and day of directing. Assist with vendor referrals, saving you time and saving you money; Three personal consultations: (up to 6 hours) *Get to Know You personal consultation (up to 2 hours); Two additional personal consultations (up to 2 hours each). Suggested uses are: Ceremony and/or Reception site walk-through (scheduled any time after booking services); Wrap-up consultation (few days prior to wedding); Review vendor contracts for the fine print (non-legal advice); Coordinate/direct rehearsal, ceremony and reception, including: Assist guests with questions and directions as needed; Choreograph the wedding party ceremony processional/recessional, cue ceremony musicians; Choreograph reception introductions, dances, cake cutting, toasts, departure, cue band, DJ or other musicians; Prepare/distribute detailed timeline to vendors and wedding party; Two weeks prior to wedding, contact each vendor selected, confirm time, date of arrival; Two weeks prior to wedding, contact / assist dependable helpers (friends, family, volunteers) that you arranged for ceremony and reception venue set-up and break-down of personal and DIY items; *Weddings with a significant amount of DIY items or set-up / break-down require dependable helpers (friends/family that you arranged) - or - the purchase of additional set-up / break-down services from That Wedding.* Confirm deliveries to venues of ceremony/reception sites; Ensure proper post reception clean - up and safe return of personal decor, gift cards and other items; Provide Emergency Kit the day of the ceremony and reception; Distribute bouquets, pin corsages and boutonnières; Distribute Final Payments to Vendors; Up to 2 hours on-site coordination night of rehearsal; Up to 10 hours on-site coordination the day of the ceremony/reception; Up to 10 hours on-site assistant the day of the ceremony/reception; Additional time may be purchased at an hourly rate of $40. Travel expenses apply to weddings outside a 50 mile radius of Roanoke, VA and when overnight stays are necessary.

Our day of wedding service package includes: TWO planning meetings: first upon booking to review plans, give advice and checklist items, and second at least a month before wedding to develop itinerary for the day.) Itinerary development and vendor contact. Consultant attendance at wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours). Day of" services for ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours). Reminder checklist for all items to be retrieved following reception.

Price for the first 4 hours and $50 each hour after that and this includes lights and announcements. Payments can be paid via pay pal or check.

A session includes the session and online proofing. A 50% retainer is required to book a session date and the rest is due the date before the session. This can be done via e-check or credit card with our online invoicing system. Each session takes between 45-90 minutes and is shot completely on film. Additional images and electronic files may be purchased separately.

Package is a full day shoot. Including prep, ceremony, after ceremony portraits, and reception. All photos are provided on a DVD or flash drive. Same day delivery is available as well as second shooter.
