An Engagement Session is often the beginning of a relationship for a couple and their Wedding Photographer. The Average Engagement session will last up to two hours and will cost between $300 - $500 depending on details and location. Often this investment can be combined with a Wedding Collection and the Investment would be included in a comprehensive Wedding Photography Collection. Wedding Collections Range on average from $2200 - $2500 The slight price range allows each couple to select exactly what they would like while minding their investment and their wants and needs. Every Collection includes; Up to 6 hours of coverage, A personalized online viewing gallery 250+ Finished Edited Photos A Leather Bound Wedding Album. To give you a little big of information about us, we are a Husband and Wife wedding photography team located here in Ft. Myers and have been photographing weddings for over 7 years and all of the U.S. and International as well. With our wedding photography service we like to chat with our Couples and find out the most important aspects of their day and custom design a collection around the important moments to make sure every Bride get the perfect collection for her perfect day. Normally we do this by setting up an appointment in our Studio in Cape Coral (if you are local) or via Skype so that we can meet one another and make sure it's a perfect fit. Basic Wedding Package This package is designed if your event is in a smaller venue with a crowd under 150 people. The package includes (2) 15″ PA Speakers, DJ Mixer, Wireless Microphone, (2) LED DJ Lighting Fixtures with a music collection from 1960 to the current hits. This package includes an experienced DJ to do all the announcements for your event. Package price for (4) hours. Additional hours are available for $75 per hour. Event rentals are for 7 hours. The pricing below reflects the fee for 7 hours - 2 hours for setup, 4 hours for the reception itself, and 1 hour for teardown. If you would also like to have the ceremony in the space, we recommend adding 2 hours - 1 hour for the ceremony and 1 hour for cocktail hour. Each additional hour is $100 per hour. Food and beverage is not included. A 20% setup/staffing/cleaning fee will be added to the rental fee. The rental comes with tables, chairs, a sound system, and a wireless microphone. Monday-Wednesday: $1000 Thursday: $1200 Friday: $2500 Saturday: $3500 Sunday: $2100

Outside wedding cakes are gladly permitted. Room rental fees due at contract signing. Final guest guarantee, full final payment, and all function details due 14 days before the event. Mark will arrive 1.5~2 hours before the wedding begins, and stay until 30 minutes to 1 hour before the wedding ends. Special requests concerning painting size are available. One vendor meals will be provided during the event. A Majority of the painting will be done during the event and will take six to eight weeks to finish at the studio. 50 cents per mile for traveling fee after the first 50 miles Over two hours traveling require one night lodging compensation of $100 dollars. Example: It is 180 miles one way driving from Providence, RI to Manhattan, NY. Takes about three hours of driving. Traveling fee will be calculated as (180-50)*50 cents = $65 dollars (one way) $65* 2 = $130 dollars (Round trip) $130+$100 lodging cost= $230 (Total) Therefore, the event in Manhattan, NY will have an additional traveling fee of $230 dollars. Extra travel costs may include air fare, lodging for two nights, and painting shipping cost, if the is outside of New England and New York areas. Total cost will be divided into two installments. The first deposit (50% of total cost) has to be paid upon signing the contract in order reserve the live painting service. The remaining balance can be paid upon pick up or delivery. Painting can be picked up at studio or free deliver within 50 miles from Providence, RI. For NY/NJ weddings, we can deliver to you by person when Mark is in the area for the next NY/NJ weddings. Paintings from photos can be done with a discounted price. Reproduction on canvas or print is available for additional cost.
