Let me take this opportunity to tell you a little about the Inn -- it is the perfect setting for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and bridal brunches. Set on a hill, amid 4+ acres, the Inn offers privacy -- such a luxury in today’s world. Consisting of two Victorian country houses, with a total of 18 overnight rooms, our accommodations welcome and pamper your guests. Our lovely, well-lit dining room is complemented by columns and beautiful architectural details and accommodates up to 100 people for dinner. Beyond that, a very attractive tent option will accommodate up to 300. Well-groomed lawns, a charming gazebo (perfect for ceremonies), and an inviting Victorian wrap-around front porch complete the picture. Ceremonies may be held outdoors or indoors, depending on your personal preference. Please click here for an introduction tour of our Inn The details that make Anne’s Washington Inn such a wonderful and unique venue include: A romantic setting for your event. The exclusive use of our four-acre site for your wedding. Free off-street parking for all guests. The ability to play music in our spacious dining room through your iPod or iPhone. A large video screen behind our front desk that can display photographs for your weekend. The ability to tuck children into bed in their rooms while parents continue enjoying the celebration. The comfort of knowing your guests do not have to drink and drive after your celebration. A short stroll to downtown, but none of the late-night noise. Complimentary bikes to enjoy in the 2,000-acre adjacent state park. A (seasonal) trolley passing the hotel for pickups every 30 minutes. Banners that can be created (at additional cost) and displayed to celebrate your special day. Sleeping accommodations which vary by twin, queen, and king bedrooms and suites. Each room has a private bathroom. Room pricing will be dictated by the season and the event. A complimentary continental breakfast served daily from 7:30-11:00 a.m. in our sunny dining room for overnight guests. Fees Anne’s Washington Inn is a wonderful destination location for your fairy tale wedding, as you will have the opportunity to have your closest family and friends surrounding you during your stay. For weddings, base rental fee for the private and exclusive use of the Anne’s Washington Inn dining room for a four-hour reception with up to 100 guests is this price. This price is dependent upon all 18 hotel rooms being rented for the night of the reception. The rates on the 18 hotel rooms start at $179. If you require overnight accommodations of fewer than 18 rooms, the base rental fee for the dining room is $3,900. For larger weddings and/or parties over 100, the base fee for a tent venue is $4,800. This price is dependent upon all 18 hotel rooms being rented for the night of the reception. The rates on the 18 hotel rooms start at $179-$259. If you require overnight accommodations of fewer than 18 rooms, base rental fee for a tent venue is $5,500. This will include use of the tent-site for the reception and the dining room for a cocktail hour. The tent itself is an additional cost through a local company. For parties of more than 150 guests, a valet parking service is required at extra cost. For rehearsal dinners and or brunches during your wedding weekend the base rental fee is an additional $700.00.

On rare occasions, there may be problems associated with delivery and/or flower quality from our growers and suppliers. Some events are “Acts of God” and are beyond our control. Substitutions may be required and will be discussed with the customer should they arise. Cancellations made before 21 days prior to the ceremony date will result in payment for full for all floral goods.
