These conditions apply to all Holidays All prices quoted are in Thai Baht. These conditions govern your relationship with Siam Fishing Tours and set out details of Siam Fishing Tours' obligations in relation to any Holiday which you book or is booked on your behalf. Please read these conditions carefully before making a booking. Your Holiday Contract . When a booking is made, the 'lead name' on the booking guarantees that he or she has the authority to accept and does accept on behalf of the party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation of your booking. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by Thai Law, and the jurisdiction of the Thai Courts. Y On receipt by Siam Fishing Tours of your deposit(s) we will reserve your Holiday in respect of all persons travelling. It is important to check the details on the booking confirmation when you get it, or if booking late at the time of booking, that all the details are exactly as you requested. In the event of any discrepancy, please contact us immediately. If you want to cancel or change your booking later you may have to pay amendment or cancellation costs (described below) which may be as much as the whole Holiday cost. All brochure/website descriptions are made in good faith and every care is taken to ensure their accuracy. However, in view of the detail contained therein and the fact that brochures/websites are necessarily prepared/created some time in advance of distribution and of the Holidays; advertised facilities, amenities, entertainment and schedules may, on occasion, be restricted, curtailed, changed or cancelled. Therefore, changes may be made to the particulars you have seen at any time before the contract with you is made. In these circumstances, we will notify you of such changes prior to confirmation of your booking. Travel Documents All passport, visa, travel insurance and health certificate requirements are your responsibility and Siam Fishing Tours accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents. You are advised to contact the Thai consulate for details. Your Financial Protection Your flights will be ATOL protected This means that you are protected in the unlikely event of our insolvency in that the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and arrangements will be made to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. Due to the specialist nature of the facilities provided by us on the ground, and due to the fact that these facilities are not wholly owned by Siam Fishing Tours, this offer is not an ABTA bonded Package. Your Holiday Price When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of 30% per person. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid upon arrival at the resort in Thai Baht cash. Late bookings made within 10 days prior to departure may require ticket pick-up at the airport. An administration charge made by the airline-ticket agencies may be payable in this event. The price of your travel arrangements is correct at time of confirmation, however Siam Fishing Tours reserve the right to raise or lower its prices at any time prior to the placing of your deposits. Before you make a booking we will give you the up-to-date price of your chosen holiday, including the cost of any supplements, upgrades or additional facilities which you have requested. Any increase in price may appear as a package supplement. Once you have accepted this price and a booking has been made, that price is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges. When you make a booking via our website you will be sent prices that relate to the holiday being booked via E-mail. We will make every effort to ensure that these prices are accurate. It is possible that these prices may be incorrect due to a technical fault or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the correct price. When you receive this information you will have the option to proceed with your booking with the corrected price or cancel at no charge. If You Change Your Booking If, after our booking confirmation has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be from the person who made the booking. You may be asked to pay an administration charge per person and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible. For all bookings only one change of departure date, per booking may be permitted. Further changes may be classed as Major Changes, which may result in cancellation charges being applied. Please Note: Certain travel arrangements (e.g. Apex Tickets) cannot be changed after a reservation has been made and any alteration request will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Important Note: Name changes or departure changes are not always permitted by the carrier. Where possible we will make the necessary arrangements, although some carriers treat name changes as cancellations and charge accordingly. If airline tickets have been issued, any changes made to a booking may mean you having to pay for the cancelled ticket and purchasing a new ticket at full cost. If You Cancel Your Holiday You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification by e-mail or from the 'lead name' on the booking must be received. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown in Clause 8. b. Please note that, in the case of cancellation after receipt of booking confirmation, no refund will be given. We suggest you return your unused travel tickets by recorded delivery for flights. Insurance premiums are not refundable. Please note that in the case of part cancellation, for example if members of your party cancel, in addition to incurring the applicable cancellation charges, we will recalculate the holiday cost for the remaining travellers. You may have to pay the extra room charges such as single-room supplements. One person who occupies a twin room will probably have to pay a significant extra charge. Note: Cancellation charges made by our suppliers may be higher than the cost of the deposit and we reserve the right to pass such fees on to you. Siam Fishing Tours will advise of such fees before cancellation. If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible opportunity. However, some destinations can suffer from extreme weather conditions such as tropical depressions, flash floods etc. Due to their unpredictability, these are a Force Majeure event and we shall not be liable for any changes to your arrangements either before departure or during the holiday, which in our opinion are necessary to protect your safety. In this event we will offer you suitable alternative arrangements, or, if you do not travel, return the monies you have paid to us. No compensation will be payable. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements. For example, if the minimum number of clients required for a particular travel arrangement is not reached, we may have to cancel it. However, we will not cancel your travel arrangements less than 8 weeks before your departure date, except for reasons of Force Majeure or failure by you to pay the final balance. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of equivalent or superior standard from us, if available, or a choice of specified travel arrangements of a lower standard to the travel arrangements booked together with a refund of the difference in price. If it is necessary to cancel your travel arrangements, except where cancellation is due to non payment by you of your final balance, we will pay to you minimum compensation as set out below. Please note that carriers such as airlines used in the brochure/website may be subject to change. Some flights may have to stop en route for technical reasons. Where this is known in advance details are given in the flight timetables. Planned flight times given in this brochure/website and on subsequent customer invoices are for guidance only. Alterations may be made by the various UK and overseas airport scheduling committees or for other reasons. Actual flight times will be shown on your tickets. All bookings are accepted subject to the Civil Aviation Authority granting Licences. Such changes are deemed to be a minor change. Other examples of minor changes include alteration of your outward/return flights by less than 12 hours, changes to aircraft type, change of accommodation to another of the same standard. If we make a Major Change to your Holiday, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible, if there is time, before your departure. You will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of equivalent or superior quality alternative travel arrangements from us if available, accepting alternative travel arrangements from us of a lower standard to the travel arrangements booked together with a refund of the difference in price if available or cancelling your booking and receiving a full refund of all monies paid . In all cases, except where the Major Change arises due to reasons of Force Majeure, when no compensation is payable, we will pay minimum compensation as detailed below.

Safari Code: Honeymoon Experience Period: All Year Around Day 1: Arrival Kilimanjaro Airport - transfer to Arusha Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport where you will be collected and transfer to Karama Lodge located just outside Arusha town. O/n Karama Lodge (D) Day 2: Arusha National Park After breakfast drive the short distance to Arusha National Park where you head out on an easy walking safari with an armed ranger. Walk through open plains and the lower slopes of Mt. Meru over to waterfalls. Get a different perspective of viewing wildlife from the ground level. There are also good chances of seeing black and white Colobus monkey. Optional: afternoon canoeing safari of Little Momela lake – gives you a great opportunity to approach wildlife as they drink and wallow in the shallows. Continue with afternoon game drives before heading back to Karama Lodge. O/n Karama Lodge (B, L, D) Day 3: Arusha - Tarangire Depart from Arusha in the morning and begin the drive through a changing landscape to Tarangire National Park for game drives of the ‘Elephant Playground’. Game drives en route to Tarangire Safari Lodge for hot lunch and relaxation – head out again late afternoon for sunset game drives and return to the lodge in time for sundowner drinks. O/n Tarangire Safari Lodge (B, L, D) Day 4: Tarangire - Esilalei Maasai Community Dawn game drives of Tarangire National Park - then leave the park with a game drive en-route and head the short distance to the Maasai community of Esilalei. Meet with your local Maasai guide who will introduce you to his village. Get a better understanding of the natural medicines still used on a daily basis with a Maasai medicine walk of the surrounding area. Then continue down to a Boma (mud dwelling) for an introduction into the Maasai way of life, beliefs and rituals. Later afternoon you will take a lovely walk to a Private Romantic sunset view point, soak up the view over Maasai land and lake Manyara while enjoying a some bubbles and bites with jaw dropping views across “The Great Rift Valley” .Return to camp for dinner. O/n Isoitok Camp Manyara (B, L, D) Day 5: Manyara National Park After breakfast depart towards Lake Manyara National Park for game drives of this very diverse park. If you are lucky you may see the famous tree climbing lions. Picnic lunch in the bush followed by game drives until mid-afternoon – then slowly make your way out of the park and return to the camp. Enjoy a Private bush dinner close to camp with a bottle of sparkling wine. O/n Isoitok Camp Manyara (B, L, D) Day 6: Manyara - Serengeti Morning wake-up call with bird chorus. After breakfast you head via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the endless plains of Serengeti. Game drive en-route to central Serengeti – explore the many different areas of the park, your driver guide will advice on the best places to visit. O/n Kiota Camp (B, L, D) Day 7: Serengeti National Park Optional: Early morning head out for a Balloon flight. View the Serengeti plains from a hot air balloon followed by champagne breakfast on the landing site. A full day of game drives in Serengeti National Park. Head over to the Rock Kopjes where you have good chances of seeing some of the cat families. Cheetah and lion use this giant rock out crops as observation posts. O/n Kiota Camp (B, L, D) Day 8: Serengeti - Ngorongoro After breakfast game drives en-route out of the Serengeti, heading back through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards the Ngorongoro Crater. Continue to the crater rim and onto the NCAA HQ where you collect a ranger who will accompany you on a nature walk of the crater rim. Late afternoon head to Rhino lodge located just off the Ngorongoro Crater rim – enjoy your dinner and overnight. O/n Rhino Lodge (B, L, D) Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater Early morning descend into the crater for game drives. There are 25,000 large mammals residing in the park. The elephants are mainly bulls, females stay out of the park due to it boasting the largest predator population in Africa. Black Rhino also make their home on the grassy plains, their numbers make up for almost half of what can still be found in East Africa; about 20 in total. O/n Rhino Lodge (B, L, D) Day 10: Ngorongoro – Arusha - Zanzibar After breakfast at the lodge, slowly begin the drive towards Arusha where you will be dropped off at Arusha Airport for your flight connection to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar you will be transferred to your beach accommodation for 3 nights. O/n Matlai Boutique Hotel (B, L,D) Day 11/12: Zanzibar Spend 2 wonderful days in pure relaxation on the coast of the spice island of Zanzibar. You have the afternoon to explore the historical city of Stone Town, take in the sights such as the House of Wonders, The Old Fort, The Slave Market and the Catholic Church. At night Forodhani park overlooking the ocean comes alive with Forodhani night market. Safari Code: Honeymoon Adventure Period: All Year Round Day 1: Arrival Kilimanjaro Airport - transfer to Arusha Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport where you will be collected and transfer to Onsea House located just outside Arusha town. O/n Onsea House (D) Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire Depart from Arusha in the morning and begin the drive through a changing landscape to Tarangire National Park for game drives of the ‘Elephant Playground’. Spend the day game driving with a packed lunch while exploring this diverse and beautiful park. Later afternoon leave the park and travel the short distance to the Maasai community of Esilalei. O/n Isoitok Camp (B, L, D) Day 3: Esilalei Maasai Community Meet with your local Maasai guide who will introduce you to his village. Get a better understanding of the natural medicines still used on a daily basis with a Maasai medicine walk of the surrounding area. Then continue down to a Boma (mud dwelling) for an introduction into the Maasai way of life, beliefs and rituals. Later afternoon you will take a lovely walk to a Private Romantic sunset view point, soak up the view over Maasai land and Lake Manyara while enjoying some bubbles and bites with jaw dropping views across the Great Rift Valley. Return to camp for dinner. O/n Isoitok Camp Manyara (B, L, D) Day 4: Manyara National Park After breakfast depart towards Lake Manyara National Park for game drives of this very diverse park. If you are lucky you may see the famous tree climbing lions. Picnic lunch in the bush followed by game drives until mid-afternoon – then slowly make your way out of the park and return to the camp. O/n Isoitok Camp Manyara (B, L, D) Day 5: Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater Early morning descend into the crater for game drives. There are 25,000 large mammals residing in the park. The elephants are mainly bulls, females stay out of the park due to it boasting the largest predator population in Africa. Black Rhino also make their home on the grassy plains, their numbers make up for almost half of what can still be found in East Africa; about 20 in total. O/n Ang’ata Ngorongoro Camp (B, L, D) Day 6: Ngorongoro - Serengeti Morning wake-up call with bird chorus. After breakfast you head via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the endless plains of Serengeti. Game drive en-route to central Serengeti – explore the many different areas of the park, your driver guide will advice on the best places to visit. O/n Ang’ata Serengeti Camp (B, L, D) Day 7: Serengeti National Park Optional: Early morning head out for a Balloon flight.
