Wedding packages

This package is for two consecutive nights, for up to 12 guests, in Pegasus Lodge, at Chapel Hill on Waiheke Island. It excludes bank holidays and long weekends. Check in is after 2pm and check out by 10am. There are seven beds, within four bedrooms in the lodge. The master bedroom has a super-king bed, queen bed and single bed. It also has a spa bath and ensuite including a bidet. Cots and high chairs are available. The price includes linen, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, GST and cleaning. Guests are invited to meet and feed the animals, normally at 10am the day after arrival, free of charge. The lodge is located near well known vineyards including Stoneyridge, Tantalus, Te Motu and Wild on Waiheke. We are also opposite the golf course, and a short drive to stunning Onetangi beach.

An outline of our wedding planning services (not the comprehensive list but some highlights): Consultations and discussion with you in person, by telephone and email. One on one discussion on the concept, theme and overall strategy of your wedding. Provide venue options based upon your wedding size, theme, personal preference and budget. Create and organise the itinerary for you when you visit Bali before the wedding (such as visiting the wedding venue, checking guest accommodation options, makeup trial, food tasting and meeting with the vendors etc). Supply you with our list of 'Approved Vendors'. This is comprehensive list of all our trusted vendors who have a track record of professionalism, deliver results to international standards and are quite simply the best in Bali (or around Indonesia). We will help you select the right vendors for your wedding theme and personal style and budget. Liaise with all your chosen wedding vendors from the day we are contracted until the wedding day. On the wedding day we will make sure all the vendors arrive on time and deliver their services as per your contract with them. Plan the timeline of the wedding which includes every detail of who, where and what and a floor plan of the venue. Produce and print a booklet which will contain your wedding timeline starting from the wedding rehearsal (the day before) and continuing to the first scheduled appointment on the wedding day (typically the Bride’s session with the makeup artist) to the DJ performance towards the end of the after party. Every vendor, every event and every appointment is planned on the timeline so everybody including the bridal party, the family, the guests, the vendors, the wedding team and even the hotel staff knows what is happening and where they should be at what time. Conduct a technical meeting with the vendors (including you) at least three days before the wedding day. A technical meeting is when all the vendors get to meet each other and Luxury Weddings Indonesia will go through the timeline (as explained above) and we can talk about the finer details. We will assign a representative to welcome you and your guests at the airport on your arrival to Bali. The representative will direct you to your transportation and ensure that the driver understands the location of your accommodation. We only provide this service for guests who you are paying for their transportation. Provide a personal concierge service for Bride and Groom throughout the entire wedding day. You will each have a personal assistant whose job is to assist you from your first appointment to the end of the wedding day. If you require anything, need to contact somebody or need to know where you are supposed to be they will make it happen. Provide supervision of the wedding rehearsal. It typically takes place one day before the wedding and is attended by the bridal party, the bride and groom parents and siblings. This generally last for 30 minutes. Organise and provide supervision on the entire wedding day by assigning onsite coordinators at the tea ceremony, Holy Matrimony, the wedding reception and afterparty for up to 16 hours on the day of the wedding. Our team size varies depending on the size of the wedding but usually we will have at least 10 staff working on the day.

Full coverage of your special day, I will photograph everything I see visually appealing from Bride / Groom prep to the reception and every small detail in between.
