(Rest of the balance amount to be paid on the actual day of your event) - Deposit is non-refundable. - Payment modes available: Cash, Cheque or iBanking (Transfer of funds to DBS Account) - Extra service time will be charged $200 per hour. (Subjected to availability) - Should photography service is required on 2 or more separated days, the charge is additional $200 per day. - Should photography service is required to start before 6am, an early surcharge of $50.00 will be charged. - Should photography service is required to start before 5am, an early surcharge of $70.00 will be charged. - All photos for Childhood montage to be provided in DVD by client at least 2 weeks before required date. - AK Kua Photography reserves the sole rights to audio, video, images and data files and to make copies in part or full for business promotional purposes. - Express photo highlight will requires approximately 4 hours break time for photographer to build the montage before Banquet starts. - Express Highlights Montage is not applicable for Wedding Lunch unless 2nd photographer is engaged. - Take note for Montage: Music license is to be purchased from RIPS if Music is to be played in hotel or any other public area. (S$90.00 excluding GST) Form can be download here. Else Royalty Free songs will be used. - Also, with effect from 1 January 2012, Music Publishers (Singapore) Ltd (“MPS”) has appointed RIPS to provide administrative support in respect of the collection of licence applications, licence fees and issuance of licence certificates for MPS’ Reproduction of Lyrics & Musical Works for Wedding Videography/Photo Montage Licence. (S$100.00 excluding GST) Form can be download here. Else Royalty Free songs will be used. - Delivery time is 2 – 3 weeks after event. We also understand that clients may have some other requirements. I mainly perform as acoustic guitar and voice comprising of contemporary and classic pop/rock covers. As a classically trained guitarist, anything instrumental is fine as well (e.g. classical, jazz, flamenco... etc). PRICING Pricing per hour (AUD). This includes providing production (i.e. microphones, speakers, preparation, mixer…etc). Prices can vary due to playing times and additional travel costs. NOTE: If you happen to find a better quoted price, I’ll match it* *Conditions apply EXTRAS: With enough notice, I am more than happy to learn requested songs for the formalities of the wedding if I don’t already know them (e.g. procession, cake cutting...).
