Hello! My name is Olga, I'm a wedding photographer from Moscow, Russia. I'd be glad to shoot your wedding! Full wedding day package includes: *up to 12 hours shooting, *800+ color tuned photos with retouch where appropriate. The cost of an additional hour is 100 euro. Your photos will be ready within 2 months. (For extra 300 euro - within 1 week after the wedding day) We'll sign a service contract. HELP ME ON THE DAY CO-ORDINATION - $550 If you think you've pretty much got it all under control or if you've planned a small wedding, then this package is for you. ​ ​ If you have loved the planning process and have the time to create your own run sheets and supplier coordination in the lead up (or maybe your venue will do this for you) but you would like me to be there on the day to ensure that your ceremony and reception goes according to plan, then this package will suit your needs. A few days before your wedding, you will email me your run sheets, supplier and set up information. I'll arrive on the day one hour before ceremony start time and stay until formalities are done. I'll be the emergency contact for your wedding and will do whatever is needed in the time I'm on site. ​

FOUR WEEKS TO GO CO-ORDINATION PACKAGE - $990 Having a wedding co-ordinator ensures that all of your hard work in the planning process all comes together for the big day! This package is perfect for the couple who have been able to do a lot of the initial planning and organisation but would prefer to leave the logistics and execution to someone else and concentrate on all the things you want to enjoy in the lead up to your day. I will catch up with you one month before the wedding and get all the information from you in order for me to co-ordinate your wedding. I will also highlight anything you may have missed at this consultation. From there, I'll get to work creating your wedding run sheet which includes your supplier details + time line run sheets and floor plans. One week before, I will contact all suppliers and email them a copy of the run sheet so everyone knows the planned schedule of events. On the day, I'll be there before the festivities begin and stay until after you’ve cut the cake to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. This package works well for couples getting married at a “DIY” or Private Property Venue. Hello Jackie is also the emergency contact on the day and will do anything required to ensure everything runs smoothly – including wet weather implementation. Contract terms and conditions and a more detailed information package will be forwarded to bridal party as required.

Regular updates about what is booked and establishment of a payment schedule for you to help manage your payments to suppliers. Preparation of the wedding day schedule, including distribution to each supplier. On site for arrival of suppliers - on day of wedding. Co-ordination of deliveries and set ups on the wedding day and ensure everything is set up as discussed. I can help place your wedding place cards, menus etc on the tables, if that's not being done by the reception team. I'll be present for the wedding day right up until all formalities are completed - around the time you cut the cake... I can also offer a range of other services (depending on what you need) some of these may include:- a run sheet for your MC; arrange a final meeting with you at the ceremony and reception venue to go through the final details and floor plans for your wedding day, Help arrange a ceremony rehearsal to guide you and your bridal party through the process. ​ Most importantly I just want you both to have the best day, and I hope I can be your trusted support network throughout the planning process and on the day.
