Unlimited phone, email and text communications. Assistance with ideas and referrals to help you stay within your budget Itinerary development and vendor contact Assistance with setup of ceremony and reception sites including placement of favors, guest book, and other items you provide. Attendance and coordination of wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours). "Day of" services for ceremony and reception (up to 12 hours). Minimum of one wedding assistant on wedding day (up to 10 hours). We price the tipis by the number you need and include the VAT upfront. If you require additional accessories and we have them in-stock you can have them all included in the listed price, therefore, you don’t need to sacrifice a fire pit for an additional table of friends. We also deliver free of charge within 100 miles. We stock most items that you will need to host a great party including flooring, rectangular rustic tables & benches, lighting, fire-pits, dance floors, stages, bars, catering tents and some decorations however we understand you may wish to source some of your own individual furnishings or accessories. To help with this we can always recommend partners who we love to work with. Depending on the chosen location additional services may be required such as power and toilet facilities for example if you’re hosting your event in a field. We can advise on what is needed, partners that will meet your needs and provide a single priced package to allow you to manage your event easily if required. We’re based in Hertfordshire however we’ll also travel nationwide. Depending on your postcode we can recommend venues ranging from countryside houses, parks and farmer’s fields to country pubs which have enough ground space but also have the additional advantage of providing more convenient access to services such as power, toilets and of course a bar and waiting staff. Our tipis can be put up in most places proving that they are relatively flat and have good access – you may even be able to host the tipis in your garden! We have the choice of 3 one bedroom cottages - Callistemon, Casuarina and Silky Oak. Price for a minimum 2 night stay. You will receive a Breakfast basket on arrival full of local breakfast goodies. The cottage has a kitchenette which includes, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. There is a communal BBQ gazebo for your use. BBQ packs can be arranged at AUD$70 for 2 people. There is also a firepit to sit around and gaze at the stars. Transport can be arranged to deliver and pickup guests from Sarabah Estate Vineyard and O'Reillys Canungra Valley Vineyard wedding venues at a predetermined time.
