Wedding and honeymoon safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater includes the following:- locations in secluded, private yet secure luxury tented lodge, with bush candlelit dinners in the evening where couples can enjoy wilderness and romantic moments. This unique 6-day wedding/honeymoon safari aimed to provide the best of romantic adventure in 4 nights at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge and 1 night at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge. Experienced safari guide takes couple on game viewing with a 4x4 private safari vehicle with pop up roof for easy game viewing and guaranteed window seat. Below is the itinerary for wedding and honeymoon in African wildness.. DAY 1: ARRIVE IN ARUSHA, TANZANIA Arrive in Tanzania via Kilimanjaro International airport. A Shrike Safaris representative will meet and greet you at the airport and escort you to your tonight’s lodge in Arusha. DAY 2: ARUSHA | SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK After early breakfast, we will pick you up at your hotel and get transferred to Arusha airstrip where you will take a local flight to the Serengeti via Seronera airstrip. Our safari guide will meet and greet you at the airport and escort you to Serena Serengeti Safari Lodge while enjoying game viewing on your way. Arrive at your luxury lodge, check in and refuel with a champaign that’s ready and waiting for you! You will meet your your wedding planner and locals who will accompany you on your wedding. DAY 3: EARLY MORNING GAME VIEWING | WEDDING DAY Rise early and enjoy a hot drink at the lodge before meeting your driver for a sunrise Big Five game drive. The early hours of the morning are best for spotting the more elusive of Serengeti's wild animals. Watch the bush come alive as the park’s predators finish their nighttime hunting and gazelles and antelopes head to the river to drink. Have your camera ready to capture photos of Serengeti’s rare birdlife as you pass alongside the Seronera River, and marvel at the untamed open plains, where zebras and wildebeest roam wild. Return to your lodge for a late breakfast and relax at leisure until afternoon when your wedding will be conducted, an authentic Maasai ceremony accompanied by Maasai warriors and dancers as well as local chief to bless the ceremony, and a traditional wedding dance or singing display. DAY 4: SERENGETI | HOT-AIR BALLOON SAFARI Depart very early in the morning for hot air balloon safari, which starts before breakfast at dawn and ends with champagne breakfast. Later driver back to the lodge for leisure and relaxing. DAY 5: SERENGETI | NGORONGORO HIGHLAND Depart at 7.30am to Ngorongoro highland via the endless plains of the Serengeti. Do game viewing while heading to your lodge located at the rim of the crater. Enjoy hot lunch and spend the rest of the day at the lodge DAY 6: NGORONGORO CRATER | DRIVE TO ARUSHA This day you will descend down the crater and enjoy half day game viewing in the Crater, this is the only place in Africa where it is easy to spot the BIG 5! Search out for the rarel seen black rhino and large prides of lion! Later on descend and drive back to Arusha to connect with your International flight back home or to your next destination Safari Wedding with Hot Air Balloon ride over Serengeti Maasai Style Wedding with traditional authentic Maasai ceremony. Two candid photographers will capture your entire wedding day from start to the end. (A maximum of 12 hours) A total of 300 post processed will be delivered along with all the raw clicks. Album charges would be in addition to this.

Fee includes 30 minutes of harp and violin prelude music, processional music for the entrance of the wedding party and the bride, recessional music after pronouncement of the new couple, recessional music as the couple and wedding party exit the aisle, and a brief postlude as guests exit for the recessional. Each additional half-hour of performance (as for an extended prelude or cocktail hour) is $100. For weddings outside my "local" travel radius, additional fees will apply.
