Our 'on the day' coordination package is a perfect option for those who just require a little help in the final weeks leading up to the big day. We take over as main point of contact for all your suppliers (including the venue) to ensure you can spend quality time with family and friends and not have your phone glued to your ear! We create a fully personalised schedule for the wedding day including set-up and breakdown for all involved. This includes F&B serving times, MC announcements, specific song requests and any lighting/ sound requirements that may need to be managed. We will be the main point of contact on your wedding day for the full set-up and ensure everything is as per your vision and specifications. We will then manage the running schedule and be on hand throughout your wedding day.
