The Agave Retreat is the perfect beachfront location on the Sea of Cortez in Los Barriles Mexico, BCS. If you are looking to create your own special wedding day in a romantic setting the Agave Retreat may be it. The beachfront resort offers 9 rooms and sleeps up to 22 people comfortably. The main top floor Margarita suites is a 2400 square foot 2 bedroom house with full kitchen, living room and a very large viewing balcony for you and your guest. The separate beachfront single room casita has a king size bed , bathroom, separate kitchen and is the perfect honeymoon suite. 4 individual poolside rooms with bathrooms and a 2nd floor that has 2 rooms with multi bed makes it perfect for family and friends. The infinity pool with pool bar & bathroom, beach rock scape setting can be decorated for that special day. Whether you need a wedding planner , pastor , mirachi band, caterer , DJ, Taco cart , flowers, cake, is all for you to decide. The Agave has 5 dinner tables , 30 chairs, wedding arch, serving trays and tiki torches to get your beachfront wedding started. Let us help you design a unique wedding to meet your budget.

Bridal Shower/Stag&Doe/Ceremony/Reception O​ur 'Egypt Room' is available for rent for a flat fee of just $35. At 17 x 33 ft., it is perfect for receptions, parties, weddings, bridal showers, and more. Our room can accommodate max. 60 people for a ceremony or dinner. ​ Your rental will include: set-up of tables and chairs as per your instructions; brewed tea and coffee with milk and sugar on the side, and the use of our dishes (cups, saucers, plates, cutlery, glasses, serving dishes); clean-up of dishes, tea, and coffee. You will be responsible for decorating and taking down decorations - but please use tape for your wall decorations (no thumb tacks or nails). 48-hours will be required for a full refund in the event of cancellation.

No need to deal with multiple vendors for your diverse music needs. What do we offer? Fully customizable wedding entertainment packages, combining a fantastic live show, Master of Ceremony services, and all the other bells and whistles that you expect from a top notch wedding vendor. 1 month before the wedding - An in-person meeting with The SunBurners to walk through the reception space and develop the day's itinerary. We take care of the details ahead of time, so your special day is completely stress free. Ceremony music: We provide steel drums with acoustic guitar as part of the flate rate fee for your ceremony. Prelude music, processional, and recessional song requests are all handled expertly! We are happy to learn songs that the couple selects, and can perform anything from traditional tunes (Canon in D, Bridal March) to more "poppy" arrangements (All You Need is Love, Marry Me). EXTRA SERVICE: Looking for more traditional ceremony music? No problem! We have an extensive network of classically trained string players, vocalists, pianists, and more that we can contract on your behalf. Cocktail hour music: Steel drums with guitar playing light and appropriate background music as guests mingle. Dinner music: DJ'd music depending on your preference/taste. Sinatra style jazz is popular, but it is all customizable. Master of Ceremony services include (but certainly not limited to): Introduction of bridal party, dismissal for dinner buffet, wireless microphone provided for toasts, announcement of special dances, cake cutting, etc... We tailor our emcee stylings to the vibe you want for your wedding. From formal and proper to fun and wacky - whatever you want! Live dance music: Our 5-piece Island Party Band ends the night with a bang, covering danceable tunes and bringing energy to the party. After the live-show, let us DJ until they kick us out! Rather than just putting a CD or playlist on shuffle like most wedding bands, we spin tunes in real-time to fit the vibe of your reception and accommodate requests! We offer ann hourly wedding photography rate where you received all the images color corrected and ready to print, with a couple of limitations. Limitations, Saturdays you must book at least 4 hours. For other days give us a call and we can discuss the rate. We accept credit cards and we are licensed and insured with certificates in place with many venues.
