Day 1: Nairobi Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Check in and relaxation at the hotel. Meals and overnight at the hotel. Day 2: Nairobi – Nakuru After breakfast, proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, which is famous for its abundance of flamingos and also home to the Rothschild giraffe, the rare water buck, pelicans, the black and the white rhino, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge /camp. After lunch afternoon game drive in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at the lodge /camp. Day 3: Nakuru Have a morning and afternoon game drive in the park, famous for its black and white rhino and great scenic beauty as well as flamingo viewing at the lake. All meals and overnight at the lodge/camp. Day 4: Nakuru – Naivasha After breakfast, leave for Lake Naivasha, with a game drive en route. After checking in at the camp/lodge, enjoy a boat ride at the lake Naivasha. After lunch, visit to Hell’s Gate National Park. This is the only park where you can walk or do bike riding. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/ camp. Day 5: Naivasha – Maasai Mara After breakfast, depart for the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at the lodge/ camp. A brief relaxation after lunch, then embark on an extensive afternoon game drive in search of black manned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes and other plain games. Return to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 6: Maasai Mara Early morning game drive between 0630hrs – 0800hrs. Optional visit to the nearby Maasai cultural village or a guided nature walk. After lunch, an afternoon game drive between 1600hrs – 1830hrs. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp. Shankill Castle is a rustic and homely venue that makes your wedding day truly the most incredible day of your life. Decorations and furniture can be borrowed from us and even the food and flowers can be grown for your homemade wedding. We have a list of recommend suppliers and caterers for the entire occasion. The Barn Dance Wedding at Shankill Go barmy in the Barn with a real DIY wedding. We clear the space and provide you with mix and match chairs and tables as you require (and to our maximum 80 chairs, 20 tables). You can transform the blank canvas into your own funky style and party all night. You can even have your drinks reception and some photos in the castle before heading to the farm yard. Accommodation: 6 bedrooms with 3 shared bathrooms for up to 14 people for 2 nights (some on camp beds) and breakfast for those staying. Food/ catering: Food and drink for event not supplied. We can recommend some amazing caterers and local brewers that we have worked with before. We uniquely do not charge a corkage fee so that you can bring your own wine and party like you would in your own home. Note that this wedding require additional kitchen equipment such as ovens etc to be hired. What you can borrow from us: (bear in mind it is mostly mix'n'match and there is a loss or damage fee) 80 chairs, 5 benches, 20 tables, 200 wine glasses, 100 tumblers, 120 dinner plates, 90 side plates/dessert plates, 100 knives/forks/spoons, 30 serving spoons, 20 serving platters, 20 serving bowls, 90 vintage tea cups and saucers. 3 teapots and 4 coffee pots, 10 milk jugs, 10 sugar bowls. Burco boiler and 2 Kettles. 20 Candle sticks. An easel for your seating plan. Some fairy lights and bunting. A dresser and table for a bar. Flower Arrangements: If you want specific styles and colours we can recommend a local florist. Otherwise we can offer you some ivy to weave around your entrance and the use of some of our seasonal flowers and foliage in the garden. Serving and waiting staff: None provided but we can recommend and excellent serving company. Extras included: On site assistance. Guest parking. Access to the gardens and woodland. Braziers lit and maintained during party. Candles in jars marking paths. No access to farm unless supervised. We cannot provide guest toilets. They would have to be hired. You don't have to stress about getting everyone to me the day of the wedding, I come to you with over 13yrs experience! I find the brides enjoy relaxing and hanging out with their girls in the comfort of their own space. I provide Hair prices only, (below) I have the list of Artists that I work closely with and I have them price out makeup themselves. It keeps it simpler. Price for each bridal party member and/or mom. Flower girls 3 & up are 30$ (under 3 is complimentary). 50$ if an assistant is needed (whether its amount of people exceeds 7 OR timing calls for it) Everyone should arrive with clean, fully dry hair. There is a minimum of 4 people (if there are not enough people and you are still interested we can discuss some options). Simple, Relaxed, Intimate – 20 to 30 guests As you may have gathered, this type of ceremony is generally for those couples who wish to have an intimate ceremony with only a few guests. Your ceremony can be anywhere within 50 kilometres of the Brisbane CBD. Our first meeting is free of any obligation. I believe you and your celebrant should be compatible and if for some reason, you don’t feel I’m the right fit for you, you should seek a celebrant who is . If you have any more than 20 guests I would recommend using my PA System, which is part of the service. My PA will play your pre-recorded music from your phone, iPad, iPod, using a stereo cable which I provide. I use a head microphone and provide a hand mic for readings etc. You’ll also be asked to complete a questionnaire which I will use to write your ceremony. You will always have editing rights to whatever content is in your ceremony. My fee for a Simple Relaxed Ceremony, which includes 15-20 hours of creative input, the rehearsal, unlimited emails, phone calls, meetings, lodgement of your marriage documents and of course your ceremony. This is broken down into a booking fee of $200 to secure my services, with the balance being invoice approximately 2 weeks before your Wedding.

Bells & Whistles 50 or more Guests This service is for a larger wedding with anything from 50 to 300 guests (or more) and generally held at a venue which can be anywhere from a bespoke chapel, a club, restaurant, in a park, someone’s garden etc. Our first meeting is free of any obligation. Alternatively, you can download the form, fill it out and have it witnessed by a JP, Solicitor/Barrister, Doctor of Police Officer and email or post to me. I will provide my PA System so everyone can hear your ceremony and feel involved. My PA will play your pre-recorded music from your phone, iPad, iPod, using a stereo cable which I provide. I use a head microphone and provide a hand mic for readings etc. My husband is my Roadie and he sets up and operates the PA so I can concentrate on you. My service also includes a rehearsal either at the venue or at a nominated address. This gives everyone in your wedding party to meet me and also feel comfortable with where to stand etc. We run through the processional with the music a couple of times to make sure you have plenty of time to walk down the aisle and it’s a good time to make sure it works through my PA. I will give you a “Newlywed Folder” which contains all the forms you’ll need if you are intending to change your name after marriage. You’ll also be asked to complete a questionnaire which I will use to write your ceremony. You will always have editing rights to whatever content is in your ceremony. Elopement You Two, 2 Witnesses and Me This is a service I provide for couples who want to be married somewhere other than the Registry Office, with two witnesses (generally provided by you) to sign the marriage certificates. It can be anywhere within 50 kilometres of Brisbane CBD. Some couples like to be married mid-morning and then go for lunch to celebrate or late afternoon and go out for drinks or dinner. I provide the legal documents and lodge them with the Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages the first working day after your ceremony has taken place. What you are required by law to provide is: Original Birth Certificate, Photo ID and also if you’ve been married before, an original Divorce or Death certificate as proof of how the marriage ended. I can send you a link to an encrypted site where you can enter details for your Notice of Intended Marriage (NoIM) and once completed, it will be emailed to me, ready for you to sign in my presence. Alternatively, you can download the form, fill it out and have it witnessed by a JP, Solicitor/Barrister, Doctor of Police Officer and email or post to me. A Booking Fee of $200 will secure my service and I will invoice you for the balance of $250 two weeks prior to your ceremony.

If you would like me to play at the drinks reception then I would continue with the second set of baroque here and mix it up a bit with some folk / bartok / romantic pieces. This package includes the rental of our Egypt Room for a ceremony OR reception, and semi-private or private use of the Museum (depending on the season) for a photography session (Photographer not included). Set in the historic birthplace of the Honourable William Henry Steeves, the Steeves House Museum is a charming Colonial mansion filled with light from massive windows. The original cottage was finished in 1812, and William Henry Steeves was born here in 1814 as the oldest of eleven children. He became a Father of Confederation and, later, Senator Steeves. The larger house was added circa 1840 when the economy of the Village expanded. The house is now comprised of 6000 sq. ft of period rooms and antique furnishings.​ At 17 x 33 ft., our Egypt Room room rental is perfect for your ceremony or reception. If you would prefer to rent the room for your ceremony AND reception, plus our photography venue rental, please see our most expensive package instead. ​ Your rental will include: - set-up of tables and chairs as per your instructions; - brewed tea and coffee with milk and sugar on the side, and the use of our dishes (cups, saucers, plates, cutlery, glasses, serving dishes); - clean-up of dishes, tea, and coffee. You will be responsible for decorating and taking down decorations - but please use tape for your wall decorations (no thumb tacks or nails). 48-hours will be required for a full refund in the event of cancellation.
