Day 1: Cusco – Aguas Calientes At time selected, you will be picked up from your Cusco hotel in private transport to Ollantaytambo train station. At your arrival to Aguas Calientes, transfer to your hotel Sumaq. You will have a romantic dinner at the hotel’s restaurant with a bottle of wine included, having a marvelous experience with your partner. Definitely an unforgettable experience that will leave you breathless! Overnight at Sumaq hotel in Aguas Calientes. Meals: Dinner Day 2: Machu Picchu excursion - Cusco In the morning, we’ll take a bus for about 30 minutes, ascending up a series of switchbacks to reach the incomparable Machu Picchu. The excursion includes a private tour of the Citadel, visiting the main plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sundial, the royal quarters and the Temple of the Three Windows. You also have some free time to walk around the complex at your own pace. Then, you will have buffet lunch at the exclusive restaurant Sanctuary Lodge. Later on, we take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, before you take the train and finally, private transfer to your hotel in Cusco. Day 1: Arrival Cusco: City tour + 4 Ruins Reception and transfer to your selected hotel. We recommend you to take rest of the morning to acclimatize. In the afternoon we start to explore the city of Cusco on a tour visiting the main plaza, the Cathedral, and the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha. We then visit the ruins on the outskirts of the city, stopping at the Inca ritual site of Quenqo, the water temple of Tambomachay, the customs house of Puca Pucara and the impressive Fortress of Saqsaywaman, built strategically on the hill standing over the city of Cusco. It’s famous for its enormous stone blocks, assembled with incredible precision to form the imposing external walls of the complex. Some of the stones stand 9 meters tall and weigh more than 350 tons. We then return you to your hotel. Overnight in Cusco Day 2: Cusco: Sacred Valley of the Incas excursion In the morning after an early breakfast, you set out on a tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, along the Urubamba River, to visit the famous Andean market town of Pisac. We have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon we pass through the towns of Calca and Urubamba on the way to the Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo, built to guard the entrance to the Valley and protect the Empire from possible invasions by the people of the jungle. We have the opportunity to walk through the stone alleyways of the city and get an idea of what life was like in a military, religious and cultural center at the height of the Inca Empire. On the way back to Cusco we stop at the picaresque town of Chinchero, where we visit the ruins of a royal hacienda built for Tupac Inca Yupanqui. You'll admire the well-preserved Inca wall in the main plaza, and visit the beautiful colonial church with intriguing frescos painted on its portico, all built on Inca foundations. Finally we return to Cusco. (B/L) Overnight in Cusco Day 3: Cusco - Aguas Calientes: Machu Picchu excursion - Cusco Breakfast at your hotel. Early in the morning you head either to the train station at Poroy to reach Machu Picchu, the “Lost City of the Inca”. We arrive at the town of Aguas Calientes, and take a bus for about 30 minutes, ascending the narrow switchback mountain road to reach the iconic Inca citadel. The excursion includes a tour of the complex, visiting the main plaza, the Circular Tower, the sacred Intihuatana sundial, the royal quarters and the Temple of the Three Windows. We have lunch at Sanctuary Lodge Restaurant; then time to visit the ruins by your own at the proper time you will take the bus down and the train then transfer to your hotel in Cusco. (B/L) Overnight in Cusco Day 4: Cusco – Lima At the proper hour, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Lima. My standard rate per an hour for Saturday events. Below is what is included in my standard rate: Services: I will provide music and entertainment up to the total amount of the contracted time. I will handle all the music and announcements that are needed during the contracted time as well as work with and assist all other vendors in the coordinating, planning, and execution of the event before, during, and after. Equipment: One complete mobile DJ sound system which includes: 2 high quality professional DJ Speakers, 2 wireless microphones, professional music mixing equipment that was made for the purpose of mobile DJing, and two intelligent "disco" Lights. Time: I typically arrive at least two hours before the start of the event to set up. This is at no cost to you. I prefer to arrive early therefor if there are unforeseen problems they can be corrected before the event begins. Overtime can be purchased the night of and the fee shall be agreed upon when contract is signed. Sound system Rental: I will handle all the music and announcements that are needed during the contracted time that can be provided from the single sound system mentioned above. If music and/or announcement are needed somewhere out of range of the fore mentioned sound system a 2nd sound system may be rented. Fee depends on needs. Sound System only (No Mics) $150. Full Sound System (with Mics) $250 Moneys: I require a non-refundable retainer to block the date. The retainer will be subtracted from the balance and the remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the event. Payment may be in the form of cash, check, cashier’s check, credit card, or payment app. There is a $5 processing fee per every $100 for credit card transactions. Travel: I require additional fees to travel to any event further than 60 miles from my location. A fee of $50 (subject to change) shall be paid for every hour of travel needed to reach the event. Accommodations: The Jeff Bell Experience (JBE) requires any and all clients who hire an entertainer(s) from JBE to provide accommodations for the entertainer(s) if entertainer(s) is not able to return to his home address by midnight of the event date by the same means of travel they arrived. JBE requires accommodations to be provided in a safe location in an establishment with a 3 star rating or higher. Accommodations must be approved my entertainer(s) and client both unless prior agreement is made and stated in contract.
