2 hours (or part of). Immediately after the wedding ceremony, the drinks reception, when guests are enjoying a glass of Pimms and photos are being taken on the lawn. I mix and mingle with the guests, help break the ice by drawing caricatures and keep guests entertained while the happy couple are busy with photos. I usually try to draw the ‘A-team’ (immediate family, ushers, bridesmaids etc) before the line-up for the Wedding Breakfast. All caricatures are free for guests to keep or to hang up for later guests to laugh at.

I play, of course, the entire standard repertoire: “Here Comes the Bride”, “Canon in D” by Pachelbel, “Wedding March” by Mendelssohn, and so on. I also play other pieces that are used less often, and so it is your opportunity to add an individual touch to the music choice of your wedding ceremony. For example, the middle part from Chopin's Waltz in G-flat (which makes a wonderful processional), or a romantic “Swan” by Saint-Saens (his music was played at my own wedding, and has been my favorite ever since). For the reception I play a wide variety of styles: Arrangements of American, Italian, French, and Russian favorite songs and tunes, traditional and contemporary Waltzes of all sorts: Strauss, Chopin, Tchaikovsky, etc. (of course, waltzes are not only for dancing; they make an uplifting and inspiring background music as well) Jewish music: Instrumental Klezmer and Hassidic pieces, and Yiddish and Israelis songs Spanish music, from tangos to songs to concert pieces Light classical music Improvisations and public demands While I prefer to play on acoustic pianos, I don't depend on you owning or renting one: I have a good (and nice looking) Yamaha digital piano that allows me to play anywhere. Rates depend mostly of the length of the event and its location. Most often for the first 2 hours (a minimum) plus $100 for every extra hour. Discounts available in certain cases.

This venue offers lots of fun with a laid back atmosphere. Guests are transferred to the venue an hour earlier than the scheduled wedding time. Here they can enjoy the view while waiting for the bride's arrival. The bride will arrive by decorated bridal car. The ceremony is very small conducted in Greek with English translation. You can add readings/poems to personalize your ceremony. Wedding ceremonies take place in the early evening hours when it is much cooler and the beach is less busy.
