HYPE TRIO - RECEPTION PACKAGE: Male Vocals + Female Vocals + Acoustic Guitar or Male or Female Vocals + Acoustic Guitar + Drummer Inclusions: Performance Length - We provide up to 3 hours of performance time (not including our breaks) that you are free to spread across the length of your function as you wish. This is typically divided into 3 x 1 hour sets or 4 x 45 minute sets. You are also welcome to specify if you would like dinner music sets, up beat dance sets or our most common option, a combination of both. We supply all of our own PA / Sound Equipment required for our performance, as well as Basic Stage Lighting. We will learn x1 new song for your wedding reception. This is typically the bride and grooms first dance song. Please ensure you send your request with reasonable notice (6weeks), we also need to ensure this fits within our singers vocal ranges. We can download and cue music of your choice for the following formalities of the night (bridal entrance, cutting cake, bouquet/garter toss) so no need for a DJ as well. We take care of this for you. Band will be set up/sound checked prior to the start time, and will not pack down until guests are leaving. Please Note: Above pricing is applicable for weddings based in Sydney. Were happy to travel also, so contact us for a tailored quote should your location be outside of Sydney.

We can create a range of custom airbrushed shirts and/or hats to match with any words/name of your choosing and background design to complement. We find that the Brides, and Bridesmaids shirts are a big hit and they can be done in any style and colour. You can provide your own shirts or we can provide them for you. Pricing varies, but will start per adult sized shirt for a half side basic design. The addition of complex images or enlarging the area to be covered will vary the price. We offer great bulk discounts for 10+ items, but for a special iBride package we are offering a further 10% off your total order with no order minimum.

Day of Coordination service.(*Private Residence) Scope of service: Rehearsal management Full Day of Coordinating services provided by one of Shine Events lead event planners. (includes 1 appointment prior to wedding day, and 1 on-site venue visit *not including rehearsal) Coordinate with venue to assure proper set up of tables, chairs, dance floor, bar, DJ, additional tables for guest book, pictures, ect. *If event is at a private residence, that requires rental tables and chairs, coordinator will supervise set up, but is not responsible for physical set up of tables and chairs. Supervise all vendor set up to guarantee your weddings overall design and direction is achieved. Handle all set up of additional décor including; table décor (runners, overlays, candles, table numbers, centerpieces) guest table, additional bar décor set up, pictures, frames, escort cards, cake table set up and design, distributing programs and ceremony decor set-up. Apply all finishing touches. Greet guests, helping ushers seat guests. Wedding party management: making sure wedding party has boutonnieres and bouquets. Lining up wedding party, cueing ceremony musician/DJ/Officiant. Timeline management (Ceremony, bride/groom/bridal party announcement, dinner announcement, first dance, toasts/speeches, cake cutting). Make sure that all of your gifts and cards are secure, and placed with your choice of custodian Handle all cleanup of personal décor and assure that everything is returned properly and safely. *Not responsible for breakdown of rental tables and chairs. We want to understand and share your visions to ensure that your day goes as planned! Includes ceremony planning, and reception site set up. Unlimited phone and email availability. Contract review. We will review all of the contracts you have in place to assure that all of the details are in order, and nothing has been left out. Communication and confirmations with all contracted vendors, (includes any necessary meetings). On-site venue visit of both ceremony and reception space. Develop and prepare a detailed wedding timeline. We will make sure that all necessary vendors have a copy, so everyone is on the same page. Provide you with helpful documents, such as checklists, gratuity guidelines, and etiquette assistance. Handle any outstanding payment needs/gratuity offerings to on-site vendors. Rehearsal management, ceremony planning, processional, recessional, and placement of wedding party. * Full Day of Coordinating services.

You have your venue secured and the majority of your vendors in place; we will step in and handle the rest of the details (with your consultation), as well as the Day of Coordination and Management. *Private Residence Scope of Services: Full “Day of Coordinating” services, including rehearsal. * Provide you with helpful documents, such as checklists, gratuity guidelines, and etiquette assistance. Vendor/Venue Management: Referrals, consultations, overseeing vendor contracts for any vendors still needed. (Maximum of 2 outstanding vendor needs). Handle any necessary communication & payment deadlines between all vendors & venue. Manage vendor/venue set-up. Take care of any last minute details.

We have provided classical, and folk music, as well as music from our repertoire for ceremonies. We have played for cocktail hours, dinners, and celebrations/receptions. We have provided music for each of these portions of the wedding separately and in every combination. PLEASE NOTE: The price listed above is an example and would likely be for a brief ceremony and a cocktail hour of 60-90 minutes within a 30-40 mile radius.
