Hi! Congratulations! Do you need catering? We do not have a preferred list, but we have some great recommendations. Our Venue includes the following: Inside and Outside Areas with Cabana and Lounge Seating Tables (Round and Rectangle) We have black linens too. Chairs (White Padded Folding) Sound System (you just need and ipod, phone or computer) Dj lighting Individual use photo booth 2 Staff Members and Security Clean up The cost for our venue including all above. I can discount it for you :-) We do not have any sound ordinance, so music can be both inside and outside. Parking available. Our only rules on decorating is no holes, no paint and no glitter. As for Alcohol, we have to be exclusive on this due to licensing. We are very flexible with pricing to make the celebration fun and affordable. Our pricing is as follows... Day 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY 09h15 Our private car and English speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to Gia Lam Heliport. 10h15 Board charter helicopter for a 45 minutes flight to Halong Bay, you enjoy the chance to see Halong Bay from the sky in 5 minutes before landing. 11h00: Landing on Halong Heliport on General Giap Hill. Transfer to Tuan Chau Island. Time at leisure at Paradise Café. 12h30: Welcome Drink – cruise briefing, safety instructions, check-in cabins. Cruise and program commence. 13h00 – 14h15: Serve Special Paradise Lunch On board.
