If you hire me as a part time planner then you are looking to book less than 4 suppliers with me. All meetings are this price each. I recommend 3-4 meetings. I ask for 10% of the total amount booked through me. I will be with you on the day and help clear up in the evening. I will answer any call text or email from you and will help with DIY sectors of you wedding if you would like me to. The photo shows a different style bouquet of flowers I helped design with the florist.

If you hire me as a full time planner you are looking to book 4 or more suppliers through me. We will schedule 6 meetings, Any other meetings will be charged at £20 per meeting, I then ask for 5% of the total amount I have booked for you. I will be with you on the day and clear up in the evening. So you don't have to worry about a thing. I will help with DIY sectors of your wedding if you choose to and will always answer calls, texts emails from you. The photo shows a room layout I helped design with the florist and hotel staff. 17th Century South of France Chateau with Private Pool in the Languedoc, sleeps up to 20 people. A minimum 3 night stay is possible please ask for details on cost. Please enquire about the supplement for exclusive use of the Chateau for a wedding. The extensive grounds of the Chateau have the most wonderful backdrop - 15 acres of landscaped garden with fields and woods, accessed by a tree lined drive, this lovely 17th century château has been entirely renovated and offers peace and tranquillity but with easy access to the South of France town of Pézenas only 2kms away. (One can easily transport our imagination back in time to an epoch of elegance and grandeur, when Moliere wrote his plays and troubadours roamed the Languedoc countryside...) Charming and tasteful renovations have been finished to a high standard, retaining character and tradition. The accommodation comprises 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms plus 3 large reception rooms and a stunning staircase, an old glass 'orangery', chapel and stables (no longer in use). In the mature park is the 13m x 5m x 1.1-2.5 heatable pool (extra cost) with pool-house/summer kitchen and wc, plus outside shower. The Orangery adjoins this Chateau The three Reception rooms, well equipped kitchen, living area, 'Music Room', lawned gardens and wooded paths offer all that is needed for that well deserved break from the rat race in the South of France You will also find a former pond and listed fountain in the grounds. The winding paths boarded by mature trees, provide shade in summer and total privacy (even seclusion if one is seeking it). The wonderful open lawn in front of the Château is ideal for hosting receptions, family celebrations, small weddings and other 'special events'. Please contact us for more details - a number of these have been successfully hosted over the last couple of years. The South of France Mediterranean beaches are only 20 minutes by car. This is a perfect location to explore the Languedoc region. For weddings The Chateau can take up to 200 people for a garden reception - i.e using the Orangerie with a marquee next to it, or just using one large marquee in the grounds -From May/June/beg July and September the owner keeps weekends free for weddings so arrival/departure day can be flexible with the wedding normally on the Saturday. Accommodation for weddings: 3 nights = 4950 euros 4 nights = 6590 euros Plus €5000 euros for hiring the Chateau for an event €600 for extra events (Brunch, pool party with more than 10 non residential guests). Heatable pool - strong pump 27C+/- extra cost of 200 euros These prices include the use of very well maintained park and grounds, parking area, terraces, basins & fountain, large pool with surround and sun beds and catering kitchen. Your instructor is hugely experienced and will create a wonderful shooting experience for you. - The Maze: You will all love getting lost in the maze, and seeing who can find their way out first - Tractor riding: Your host is very proud of his tractor and he will be delighted to take the children, and the adults too if you would like, around the extensive grounds. - Tunnel exploring: The manor house has a network of amazing tunnels that they think were built for escaping conspirators in the Civil War, and you are all welcome to join your host as he guides you through to their exit points in the woods - Horse riding: There is a lovely stable in the village that the family use, and you can explore the beautiful countryside on horseback 35 Reading Road, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire. Ceremony: Instrumental piano and/or guitar as well as singing any request by bride and groom. Joe is proficient at classical, jazz, and contemporary music. Just let him know what you're looking for. Cocktail/Dinner Hour: A contemporary twist on the traditional jazz cocktail set. In addition to the traditional repertoire, Joe plays and sings the classic and contemporary songs of the last fifty years. Hits by the likes of Elton John, Billy Joel, Van Morrison, Michael Buble, James Taylor, Dave Mathews, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, etc. Reception: Don't be hesitant when asking this musician to do the DJ and MC portion of the evening. Joe is at heart, just a fan of music. He has a massive collection of wedding music and loves to get the crowd dancing. Years of performing has provided Joe a comfort level behind the microphone that only experience of that sort can achieve. His MC style is very easy going, precise, and effective but never overbearing.
