Month of Coordination - For couples who want to do the wedding planning themselves, we offer a Month of Coordination package. This allows you to put together the big picture, but leaves the organizing to us. We provide a comprehensive review of your wedding plans to make sure that we understand what you want and that everything you've envisioned is on the list. Then we organize your wedding plan into a workable schedule, communicate with the vendors, and become the contact person to make sure things run smoothly. The Month of Coordination gives you time to step away from the phone calls and emails so that you can enjoy family and friends, and ensures your wedding day runs smoothly from beginning to end. Day of Coordination - It starts with a comprehensive consultation four weeks prior to the wedding. From there we go through a detailed timeline for the wedding day and will work to ensure that the vendors are coordinated and no detail missed. We are there for the wedding rehearsal the night before and all day of your wedding, we are the main contact for the venue and vendors so if they have any questions, you will not be bothered. We will be there to handle any last minute interference comes up. (It always happens) We are there to make sure the day runs smoothly, adjust timelines; this is only some of what we will do so you can sit back and enjoy everything you have planned!

Consultations -Looking for wedding planning advice or assistance? We offer consultations for couples planning their own wedding! A Consultation can either be a one time information session or on a monthly basis. If you need help getting started, staying on track, or need help customizing your wedding theme and design, we are here to answer your questions. A consultation can help you with your budget, offer alternatives if you have hit a road block or just give you the peace of mind that everything is covered and no detail is over looked.
