In our planning process we will organize all of your vendors, details, and invoices for a “stress free” experience. We will be responsible for creating a detailed timeline several weeks prior to your Wedding date and will contact the vendors for formal introductions. After discussing our couple’s vision for their ceremony, your wedding coordinator would also be in charge of running the wedding rehearsal and dinner or brunch. And on the day of the wedding our responsibilities would be to be present at the venue and ensure every detail is set up the way our couple has envisioned it. We will be the liaison between our couple and the vendors for the entire day. During the ceremony and reception your wedding coordinator’s responsibility is to ensure everything runs smoothly.

As an enthusiastic team of native Belgians we thrive on high standard food quality and serve waffles with a smile and eye for detail, using original products and local ingredients. Our vintage caravan brings quite a summery, relaxed and happy vibe to events. We serve a mix of authentic Liege and Brussels waffles freshly baked with toppings including strawberries, bananas, ice cream, Belgian chocolate, Nutella and salted caramel and selected savoury specials. We have been doing catering for weddings, birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs and other private events. Our minimum booking value is $1,000 per 100 people.
