There’s a lot to do! We help with Planning Checklist & Schedule, Budget, Vendor Recommendations, Hotel Rooms, Vendor Communication, Wedding Design, Meetings & Consults, Etiquette, RSVPs, Reminders, Vendor Confirmations, Wedding Day Schedule, Ceremony Coordination & Rehearsal, Wedding Day Coordination, Details & Gifts! Nothing will be missed! Cost it typically around $5,000.
Planning Checklist & Schedule - Ah, what every bride has to have. I mean, you really can’t plan a wedding without knowing what has to be done right? Having a planner create a custom checklist and schedule for you – and remind you when it’s time to get crackin’ on the next task – are pretty awesome. Besides, we have planned a wedding before, you probably haven’t.
Budget - Yes, the dreaded word. We help you create and stick to your budget. And when you want something that just might be completely unfeasible, we will tell you instead of letting you get your hopes up or help you cut back on other costs that you can live without.
Vendor Recommendations - Yes, the dreaded word. We help you create and stick to your budget. And when you want something that just might be completely unfeasible, we will tell you instead of letting you get your hopes up or help you cut back on other costs that you can live without.
Hotel Room Block - Often when using a wedding planner a hotel will offer a 10% discount to reserve a block of rooms.
Vendor Communication & Liason - This includes contacting vendors to find out availability, emailing, phone calls, texts, and most likely a meeting or two. We communicate with all of your wedding professionals (or just a select few – you decide) and just have him or her email you with updates, questions, concerns, etc. Oh, and let’s not forget the reminders that you’ll get from us about when it’s time to make a payment to one of your vendors.
Wedding Design - Not sure exactly what your “theme” is or what colors look good together? Do you need help with flowers, linens or even invitations? Well, we help you figure things out when it comes to your wedding’s design. Whether it’s a specific idea or helping you pick out colors, we’ll be by your side to help guide you along with expert advice.
Meetings & Consultations - We deal with scheduling your meetings. Sometimes it can take several emails or phone calls to figure out the right time and place for a meeting or consult to take place. That’s time- time that you might not have! Just give us a few days and times that work for you and we’ll make those meetings fit nicely into your schedule.
Etiquette - We know you’re going to have a question about whether or not to invite so-and-so’s new girlfriend, dress code, or maybe even how much alcohol to serve. We know the etiquette for all things wedding. Sometimes “etiquette” things aren’t even etiquette anymore, and it’s just really what works best for you and your wedding, but sometimes there are still things that are considered “tacky” or not.
Decor/Design Assistance - You have a picture in your head of what the reception site looks like but you just don't know how to execute it. We will help you with that. We will meet to go over the details and when we have a clear understanding of your vision and budget the research begins. We will scour Pinterest, Google, rental companies, and wholesalers to find just what you're looking for. In addition, we will set everything up on your wedding day so your vision comes to life.
RSVP Management - We are happy to keep track of your RSVPs for you. This is SUCH a tedious task- meals, seating, guest counts, etc. Just another thing that you don’t have to do!
Reminders - Yes, reminders. Plain and simple. Because chances are you might forget about something– whether it’s big (like a DJ) or small (like menus), we’ll send you little reminders about things that could potentially be forgotten!
Vendor Communication - The week before your wedding is going to be craziness. You do not want to deal with emails and phone calls back and forth with vendors to confirm times and places. We will handle that!
Wedding Day Timeline - You absolutely always need to have a timeline for your wedding day. How else would you know what time to start getting ready, when to tell people to deliver things, etc.? Of course we will handle this for you, making tweaks and updating vendors as needed.
Wedding Ceremony Coordination & Rehearsal - Sometimes a wedding ceremony can be absolute chaos. People think they know what to do, but when it comes down to it, they really don’t. We ensure that your ceremony runs smoothly and everyone involved knows what to do and where to go!
Wedding Day Coordination - You definitely don’t want to be the one dealing with setting things up on your wedding day. Making sure the cake is delivered on time, the favors get placed at each place setting, and the centerpieces are just right. We put out your escort cards, make sure favors are at place settings, and set up your special cake-and-dessert display. We will sew your bustle when it breaks, give your dad a Tums for his upset stomach, or find your best man when he’s missing for toasts. We take care of the wedding details that we’re sure you will painstakingly and lovingly create for your wedding, making sure that they will be setup to meet your expectations. And then we take everything down at the end of the night and give it to your parents, the best man or whomever you’ve pre-selected. Just like you, we want everyone to enjoy themselves.
