The florals included in this package are Ecuadorian Roses, Dutch grown Hydrangea, California Bloomed Stock, Use of Either Delphinium Larkspur dependent on time of year, variegated or solid greenery, and a matching field grown wild filler flower to suit your color scheme. While the flowers are consistent in this package, you can vary your color choices to suit your needs. Delivery fees are additional and vary pending location.

The stunning interior decor will be admired and appreciated by lovers of design aesthetics and showcases the owners’ private collection from her travels and adventures around the globe GENERAL: 353 Degrees North is suitable for events where guests don’t exceed the numbers below: 30 guests seated 50 guests cocktail/standing Event Venue Fees price for 3 nights accommodation, including the event location, breakfast daily, welcome cocktail for all guests staying at the villa, and a couples massage for the wedding couple (6 people maximum can stay at the villa). Minimum Stay 3 night booking minimum for accommodation with the event Event Curfews 10pm for live bands or loud DJ’s 12am for any other music Villa Rates (for additional nights) Normal villa rates will apply, please see the website, unless otherwise agreed with the villa owner. Payment Payment must be made in full 6 weeks prior to the event and accommodation booking. Cancellation Cancellations made within 14 days of the event and accommodation booking will not receive a refund, unless agreed upon with the owner and at the owners discretion subject to circumstances. Kitchen & Bar Service A bar can be set up with the folding tables on the grassed area, rooftop lounge area or poolside bale. ( tables to be supplied by wedding planner) The villa has a fully equipped kitchen that can be used for food preparation and service. The villa will not supply crockery, cutlery, glassware or cooking equipment. The kitchen must be cleaned and returned to its normal state so that the villa staff can prepare breakfast the following morning .Catering & Equipment 353 Degrees North can offer recommendations for on-island catering if required by the event co-ordinator . All crockery, cutlery, glassware and serving equipment to be supplied by the co-ordinator. Additional heating, chilling, preparation, and service equipment if required is to be supplied by the co-ordinator. Villa Furnishings and Grounds The main villa is perfect for welcome drinks, with guests moving outside to enjoy cocktails at sunset. The floor rugs must be removed and stored during all events. Furniture that is moved must be put back in the same condition and location it came from. Structures and Decorations Marquees/gazebo structures must be freestanding and we request that any flooring under the marquee be put down on the day of the event to limit the damage to the grassed area. No staging is to be built over the pool. Floating bamboo or foam structures for decoration or candles may be permitted subject to size and the owners approval. All floating decorations must be removed from the pool as soon as people enter the pool. All floating decorations must be removed from the pool at the end of the function. Decorations may not be fixed to any part of the building with clear tape. They can be held in place with masking tape or putty at the discretion of the co-ordinator. Damage as a result of the fixing of decorations will be charged to touch up or repaint as required. Damage & Missing Items Any damage to the grounds, building itself, or contents inside the villa, must be repaired or replaced subject to assessment and agreement by the owner. Any items taken or missing from the villa must be replaced. Items deemed non-replaceable will be charged, price subject to agreement with the owner. The villa does not provide any further event equipment other than what is already in the villa. All equipment/furniture/decorations must be provided by the event co-ordinator. 353 Degrees North Staff The villa staff may be available for the event however this must be agreed upon by the owner and villa management prior to the confirmation of the booking. The staff will be paid by the event company. Insurance & Liability The villa is not liable for any damage caused by the guests or the event co-ordinator. Both the Events and Villa Guest Terms & Conditions must be read and signed by both guest and co-ordinator. Wedding Planner: Due to location a wedding planner must be engaged prior to booking confirmation.353 Degrees North will in no way be responsible for the arranging , supplying or advising with any wedding arrangements, we will provide the venue and accommodation only

I use all MAC foundations and eye shadows plus other tools in my kit such as NYX and Avon. This includes a trial run where we can meet and I'll do your makeup and request a $50.00 deposit which will guarantee the day of wedding makeup application. This is for bride only. The deposit goes towards the final cost.This also includes false lashes and touch ups. Additional bridesmaids are $45.00 each plus $5.00 for lashes. If groom wants application it is $20.00 and the flower girl is $10.00 I do not do wedding hair.
