2017 Rental Rates: Wedding Venue Rental: Rental includes the use of the grounds, shelter area and "The Cotton Barn", a 5000' square foot indoor facility with heat and A/C, bathrooms, food prep area, 200 white wedding chairs, up to 25 60” round tables or 25 8’ rectangle tables, outdoor bar, fire pits, wedding doors, other decorations, parking, etc. Use of the grounds the day of the wedding beginning at 8 am and must conclude and be vacated by midnight, including clean up unless other arrangements are agreed to by both parties in writing. Rehearsal practice includes up to 1.5 hours at a mutually agreeable time. Wedding Photography Packages My coverage includes: All day photographic coverage of your wedding day with Gershon. IMAGE FILES You get a high-resolution file of each of your images for printing, along with a lower-resolution version. The images and slideshow are delivered on a USB memory stick. I usually provide around 400 - 800 images depending type of wedding. ONLINE GALLERY Permanently available password protected gallery of your images for you to share with family and friends wherever they are. Plus, Print and product ordering directly from your gallery for friends and family. The package comes with up to 10 hours of photography. The images are saved to a USB drive for you to print from at will, a password protected client area and a 12X8 mounted print.

Hairstyle and makeup for the bride, inclusive of false lashes. Makeup application and hair styling each requires 60 minutes. Makeup brands used: MAC, Chanel, Laura Mercier, Urban Decay, Hourglass, Sigma, Gorgeous Costmetics, Stila, Make Up Designory (MUD) To secure the date, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upfront. This will be deducted from the final total.
