Wedding package includes 8-10hr of coverage typically from preparations, through first look, ceremony, formal pictures, reception, first dance and cake cutting. Location independent, most venues covered in Calgary or Rocky Mountains area. Last minute bookings may be available. One month prior to the wedding I will contact your chosen suppliers and ensure that they have all of the up to date wedding details. The day prior to the wedding I will help dress the venue and put out place cards. On the day of the wedding I will coordinate with all of your suppliers and ensure that the day runs to schedule. I will act as MC thought out the day should you wish, or prompt the person who is. I will be your wedding PA for the day.
