It includes: Unlimited dating with the bride and groom throughout the entire organizing process; Guide to the definition of the style or theme of the wedding; Guide to the preparation of the budget plan, if desired; Consultancy, search, inspection and selection of all suppliers involved in the marriage; Collection of various quotes according to the opinion of the bride and the groom; Support in resolving contracts with suppliers, documents, licenses and authorizations; Organization of suppliers’ inspections, regular and final briefing of suppliers; Elaboration of the text and selection of musical menus for accompaniment of civil, religious or figurative ceremony, in the language preferred; Accompaniment and management of guests, groups of friends who animate the party and solution for particular requirements; Definition of the program of the event together with the couple; Intermediation between suppliers where the various functions interlace; Coordination of the marriage according to the program defined with the bride and the groom; Coordination of suppliers before, during and after marriage (disassembly); Regular briefing with chosen suppliers; Management of the guests during the event. Suppliers included in the third paragraph: Location, catering, wedding-cake, graphic, floral decoration and related, video, photography, music, animation, aesthetics / make-up / hair-styling groom-bride, ateliers groom-bride and guests, gifts guests, goldsmiths, wedding list, transportation to the accommodation of bride and groom, honeymoon, hosts and translators. The consultancy also extends to: protocol and etiquette in the event for grooms and guests. (VAT, travel, management and PR expenses included)

By adding a planner on your wedding day, you will alleviate yourself of the stress of trying to micro manage responsibilities which will lead to a much more enjoyable day.
