With wedding planning, we will be with you every step of the way to ensure that you get the wedding that you want without any of the hassle. With our wedding planning package, we will be there for everything that you need from the day we start working together till the end of your wedding day! Regardless of whether you are starting from scratch or you’ve already begun the process of planning and you need someone to help get you to the finish line, we will be able to help. We will assist you with everything from sourcing the right vendors, building and managing your wedding budget, helping with the overall design of your wedding, taking care of all the logistical details, coordinating the wedding rehearsal, to creating/implementing a customized timeline for the entire planning process as well as the day-of your wedding, and everything in between.

It would be a shame to plan for a year and not be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day surrounded by your family and friends. We have you covered. We will take care of tying up any loose ends before your special day and then executing your well thought out plans on the day-of. With our wedding coordination package, we will take-over all of the planning you’ve done approximately 4 weeks before your wedding. During this time, we will set up several meetings with you to ensure that we have a firm grasp of what you would like your special day to look like, set-up a site visit to your venue, create a customized timeline, coordinate with all of your vendors, coordinate the wedding rehearsal, and finally, implement and manage your well thought-out plans on the day-of your wedding. We will be there the day-of your wedding to make sure that everything runs smoothly from the start of the day to the end!

We are French destination photographer all around the world. We shoot during 12 hours. We give you all the photographies in high definition. We will give you pasword of private gallery. In there, you can download all the photos and pay for printed photos.

The Day of Coordinating Package - Depending on the location, size of event, and if there are multiple locations involved, the price may increase from there. This package includes two face to face meetings, a detailed timeline of the event set-up, which will be sent to all vendors, as well as unlimited text, emails or phone conversations. A rehearsal practice will occur the day before the event, or a few days before, depending on the vendor’s availability. My arrival on the day of the event, will be during vendor check-in time, to make sure everything is set up and placed properly. I will make sure everything is followed on the established timeline during the event. At the end of the night, I will stay until the final walk through and cleanup is completed.

The Full Wedding Planning Package - Depending on location, size of event, and if there are multiple locations involved, the price may increase from there. This is an all-inclusive package that includes detailed scheduled meetings with the bride and groom and selected vendors. I will personally reach out to the vendors, and book and plan according to the client’s needs. A detailed timeline will be established for the day, and sent to the vendors. A walk-through will be required if needed, and a detailed rehearsal practice will be scheduled, that I will attend. On the day of the event, I will arrive with décor/items if needed, and place properly at the venue. I will arrive the morning of the wedding, and will not leave the venue, until the final walk through and cleanup is completed.

The aim is to harmonize the services of all suppliers chosen and contracted by the bride and the groom, ensuring a relaxed wedding day and fully lived in maximum tranquillity. It includes: Unlimited dating with the bride and the groom throughout the entire organization process. Consultancy in resolving the requirements of the bride and the groom where necessary; Definition of the program of the event together with the couple; Intermediation between suppliers where the various functions interlace; Coordination of the marriage according to the program defined with the bride and groom; Coordination of suppliers before, during and after marriage (disassembly); Regular briefing with chosen suppliers Management of guests during the event; Suppliers included in the consulting service: Location, catering, wedding-cake, graphic, floral decoration and the like, video, photography, music, animation, aesthetics / make-up / hair-styling groom-bride, ateliers groom-bride and guests, gifts for guests, jewellery, wedding list, transport to the venue of grooms and guests, honeymoon, hosts and translators.
