Day of Coordination service.(*Private Residence) Scope of service: Rehearsal management Full Day of Coordinating services provided by one of Shine Events lead event planners. (includes 1 appointment prior to wedding day, and 1 on-site venue visit *not including rehearsal) Coordinate with venue to assure proper set up of tables, chairs, dance floor, bar, DJ, additional tables for guest book, pictures, ect. *If event is at a private residence, that requires rental tables and chairs, coordinator will supervise set up, but is not responsible for physical set up of tables and chairs. Supervise all vendor set up to guarantee your weddings overall design and direction is achieved. Handle all set up of additional décor including; table décor (runners, overlays, candles, table numbers, centerpieces) guest table, additional bar décor set up, pictures, frames, escort cards, cake table set up and design, distributing programs and ceremony decor set-up. Apply all finishing touches. Greet guests, helping ushers seat guests. Wedding party management: making sure wedding party has boutonnieres and bouquets. Lining up wedding party, cueing ceremony musician/DJ/Officiant. Timeline management (Ceremony, bride/groom/bridal party announcement, dinner announcement, first dance, toasts/speeches, cake cutting). Make sure that all of your gifts and cards are secure, and placed with your choice of custodian Handle all cleanup of personal décor and assure that everything is returned properly and safely. *Not responsible for breakdown of rental tables and chairs. Our most important job, take the stress out of your day and make sure that everything runs smoothly!

(*Private Residence) Scope of services: *From the time you secure our services, we are here to offer guidance, advice and vendor suggestions to help you in your planning process Along with an onsite walk-through of your venue, we offer 2 planning meetings. We want to understand and share your visions to ensure that your day goes as planned! Includes ceremony planning, and reception site set up. Unlimited phone and email availability. Contract review. We will review all of the contracts you have in place to assure that all of the details are in order, and nothing has been left out. Communication and confirmations with all contracted vendors, (includes any necessary meetings). On-site venue visit of both ceremony and reception space. Develop and prepare a detailed wedding timeline. We will make sure that all necessary vendors have a copy, so everyone is on the same page. Provide you with helpful documents, such as checklists, gratuity guidelines, and etiquette assistance. Handle any outstanding payment needs/gratuity offerings to on-site vendors. Rehearsal management, ceremony planning, processional, recessional, and placement of wedding party. * Full Day of Coordinating services.

This package is for the couple that has a pretty good vision of what they are wanting, have already started the planning process, and are ready to sit back and enjoy this blissful engagement time. You have your venue secured and the majority of your vendors in place; we will step in and handle the rest of the details (with your consultation), as well as the Day of Coordination and Management. *Private Residence Scope of Services: Full “Day of Coordinating” services, including rehearsal. * Provide you with helpful documents, such as checklists, gratuity guidelines, and etiquette assistance. Vendor/Venue Management: Referrals, consultations, overseeing vendor contracts for any vendors still needed. (Maximum of 2 outstanding vendor needs). Handle any necessary communication & payment deadlines between all vendors & venue. Manage vendor/venue set-up. Take care of any last minute details.

We start our wedding pricing with 6 hours of coverage, basic editing on images with exposure, contrast, and white balance. You get digital images of your wedding printable up to 5x7 and an Online gallery to share with family and friends. Other Prints and product are sold separately.

We have a basic package that includes: 72" round tables with white linens white padded wedding chairs 48" round cake table with white linen 6' long gift table with white linen and white skirt 3 - 6' buffet tables for food with black linens optional wedding party table (up to 24' long) with white linens and white skirt set up and take down of the tables and chairs For up to 200 people Our maximum is 200 people. We allow any caterer as well as self catering. We allow any DJ, just no live bands. We allow beer, wine, and champagne with a server and liability insurance. We have bridal party dressing rooms, catering staging station (2 refrigerators, electricity, and water in this area. You can bring BBQ or grill for this area), large dance floor, bar area, and 60" tv screen for a slide show. Our venue opens at 10 am, music can play until 10 pm, and you have until 11 pm to gather decorations, belongings, and do your part of clean up. I do give tours so if you are interested in one please let me know when you are available and I can schedule you a time.

Hello Brides! My Bridal Makeup Artistry Package includes skin prep, customized airbrush foundation, standard lashes and a complimentary trial run (once booking is secured). Travel is calculated separately depending on mileage at a rate of .50c per mile (round trip) from 97355. Add on's include premium/mink/silk lashes, tattoo coverage, staying for touch ups etc. All bridal party members are $65 each for a full face (standard lashes included) and $15 for flower girls. I want to make the price for my services as reasonable and as transparent for you as possible for you. Services included with this option are: A tailored ceremony, with an in-person up-front consultation, help with customization or modification of the vows and script — a draft of which I’ll supply in advance for editing. I am also available to participate in a rehearsal if desired. There is an extra $50 charge for this option. Rates shown above are for weddings within 25 miles of the Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA, metro areas. Please contact me for travel surcharges for other venues. A non-refundable $50 deposit via credit card is due when you book me in order to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the ceremony. She will make all announcements as needed, play songs that have been requested prior to your event during consultation and take requests from your guests on the day of your event. She can use crowd interaction and read the crowd to play music accordingly. She is also able to teach line dances and can bring a more entertaining atmosphere to your reception. With over 16 years of DJ experience with weddings, DJ Hope has the expertise to make sure your day is just the way you dream it will be. Includes up to 3 hour of music play time. The Stewart Family Farm is an outdoor wedding venue, located in Harrisburg, Oregon (near Eugene and Corvallis). Our woodland setting features an English-style rose garden, pergola and charming tree house set among spacious lawns with maples, evergreens and old-growth oak trees. There are several areas to choose from for your ceremony and reception, all within sight of a peaceful stream. The venue rental includes white garden chairs, tables, and linens for 250 guests -with space for up to 400- and is available from the end of May through September, weather permitting. We also have a large tent (30’x50’) with a permanent floor and cottage restrooms (flushing, running water) with dressing rooms for your convenience. Sugarplum Bakery (on-site, licensed) is offering traditional wedding cakes at competitive prices. Stewart Brothers BBQ is our in-house caterer.
