Bride plus Three High Definition Makeup • Airbrush makeup, false lashes and hairstyling for the Bride. • High Definition makeup, false lashes and hairstyling for three (3) people. • Grooming for the Groom - Hair will be done by my hairstylist, as well as optional makeup/powder if needed, as long as he is at the same venue. *Add Php 3,000 for retouch and 2nd look * • Unlimited retouch for the Bride - I will retouch the Bride at the hotel/prep venue before and after her photo shoot, before she leaves for the church and then proceed to wait for the couple at the reception to do retouch on the Groom and the 3 additional heads (if they are at the holding room before reception starts) and a 2nd look for makeup and hair for the Bride. • I will personally be the one to do the Bride’s retouch and 2nd look. Terms and Conditions 1. Php 5,000 Reservation Fee is required to hold the desired date/s. No dates are blocked without a deposit. 2. Checks are accepted for the Reservation Fee only. Cash payment on the event date unless previously agreed by both parties. Payment should be made before leaving for the ceremony. Monthly payment plans are also allowed. 3. A minimum of (4) four weeks notice is required for cancellations and a non-refundable reservation fee of Php 5,000 applies. 4. Out of town charges cover gas, toll, transportation and fees for staff only. Board and lodging will be provided for by the client unless otherwise agreed upon. Out of town fees apply anywhere outside Quezon City to Makati. Pasay, Taguig, Valenzuela, Caloocan, Antipolo have additional fees.

Ideal work time is from 8 months to 1 year prior to the event. This is to give ample time to scout for suppliers that will suit your needs. The initial meeting will cover the confirmation of your booking wherein you will sign the contract and pay the necessary down payment, and in turn, the coordinators will email you your wedding kit which includes the following: sample reception program and your call time sheet (time table / checklist) and a list of accredited suppliers. Conceptualization of the event; The coordinators will assist with your chosen theme, from the invitations to the setup of the venue, including layout and detailing with the caterer/venue, discuss songs for the musicians (if any) or sound system. Discussions about the flow of your ceremony and the reception program, (distribution/ use of special effects and list of participants) Budget planning The coordinators will work around your budget so that we will have the best supplier that is suited to your event. Sourcing of all wedding suppliers We will provide you with a list of suppliers to choose from starting with the budget friendly to hi-end suppliers of your choice. Set-up appointments / meetings with desired suppliers We will set appointments with your chosen supplier so that we can polish your event. We will also remind you of meetings set with your chosen supplier. Wedding legal / church requirement assistance The coordinators will provide assistance regarding your documents to be submitted to your Church and remind appointment for seminars required by the church. Wedding checklist preparation The coordinators will provide a call time sheet or checklist as a guide for you to follow and this will also serve as a reminder of what has to be accomplished. The Full coordination package includes On the Day service, which will start from your dressing venue up to the end of the reception program. For overseas clients Skype meeting shall be scheduled. Other meetings can be scheduled if you have any concerns to discuss. The coordinators shall do RSVP two weeks before the event. We will call your guests to confirm their attendance. One week before the event / Finalization A week before the day of your wedding, we shall meet with your major suppliers to discuss last minute instructions. Day before - coordinators will inform all suppliers your room number(s). If dressing venue is within Metro Manila, a coordinator shall visit you to check if all the items needed for your event are ready / complete. For out-of town weddings, client shall inform the coordinators of their room number(s) upon check in at the dressing venue. Coordinators will then call up the client to have a run through of the check list. The five (5) coordinators will be arriving at your hotel room or dressing venue, five (5) hours (time is adjustable) before your mass time and will be collecting the items to be brought and distributed at the church and the reception venue: Two (2) coordinators will proceed to the church, (1) one will head to the reception venue, (1) will assist the groom (Groom’s Assistant) and (1) one will stay with the bride (Bride’s Assistant). The Bride and Groom’s Assistant will make sure that the couple is on schedule with their timetable, (pictorials and departure time).

On the day coordination

(A day before the wedding) - Coordinators will inform all suppliers your room #(s). Client shall inform the coordinators of their room numbers upon check in at the dressing venue. Coordinators will go to the dressing venue of the client to discuss the check list. The five (5) coordinators will be arriving at your hotel room or dressing venue, five (5) hours before your mass time and will be collecting the items to be brought and distributed at the church and the reception venue: Two (2) coordinators will proceed to the church, (1) will head to the reception venue, (1) will assist the groom (Groom’s shadow) and (1) one will stay with the bride (Lady in waiting). The Bride and Groom’s Assistant will make sure that the couple is on schedule with their timetable, (Pictorials and departure times).
