Friday & Saturday Weekend Package We can offer you the venue for the weekend, we do a 2 night hire, check in at 2pm and check out at 11am. Exclusively hiring Plush Tents means that you and your guests will have exclusive use of the entire site including all accommodation and facilities. Here’s some information on our facilities - 30ft Large Mongolian Yurt standing 110 relaxed seating 72 formal seating round tables 56 formal seating trestle tables 60 80 chairs included, please see our suppliers directory for, tables, table cloths, cutlery, plates, glasses, and decor etc. Communal Evening Bonfire: A large complimentary bonfire in the evening, surrounded by benches, so you and your guests can relax in comfort and enjoy the evening outdoors. Bandstand, hammock circle, picnic tables where you can congregate with your friends/family. Hot tub: Guests are welcome to enjoy our 8-12 seater wood-fired hot tub, but please bring your own towels. Barbecues: Most tents have their own charcoal BBQ but we also have two large gas and charcoal barbecues available for guests to use. A large 4 x burner gas barbecue and a large charcoal barbecue for which you may bring your own coal or we sell onsite. We have basic barbecue tools for guests to borrow. All come with duvet, pillows, cotton bed linen, fleece blanket, a unique hand-painted table with two chairs, natural coir flooring with a large rug and sheepskins. All with bedding (duvet, pillows, cotton bed linen, fleece blanket). The bell tent comes equipped with natural coir flooring, coffee table, torch and a hamper with tea & coffee. Each 5 meter Bell has its own barbecue and a picnic table. 1 x Tipi Tent: Our marvellous looking teepee with natural coir flooring. There is a table, lighting and has 1 double futon bed and 1 single sofa bed with bedding (duvet, pillows, cotton bed linen, fleece blanket). This comes with a duvet, pillows and a blanket. A tea and coffee hamper. The Teepee has its own barbecue and use of a communal picnic table. Ceremony We can do blessing onsite or in the chapel next door. Fees for the wedding celebrant services are £350 which is fully inclusive of meeting the couple twice and creating a bespoke ceremony. Accommodation is for 46 people but as you will be hiring exclusively there would be an option for you to increase guest capacity staying over by using the adjacent field. Reception capacity for Home Yurt is 117 for a stand up or up to 70 for a sit down meal. You can hire a bigger marquee for larger guest numbers, this will be in the adjacent field and the price to rent the field is £300 for the weekend. Silent Disco at weddings has become an experience that allows all guest to enjoy the evening's music. Not all guest appreciate the more modern music, nor the booming bass of the traditional mobile DJ sound reinforcement. Silent Discos allow for more than one channel to transmit music to the headsets.. This allows for the happy couple to compile a playlist in advance. Allowing for all age groups to be catered for. Recent wedding have had a traditional sound reinforcement for the initial stage of the day, speeches, the first dance, and the initial stage of the dancing for the first hour. The headsets are then handed out; more specific genre of music can be aimed at different guest age groups. The set up included a smart DJ console, lighting and a DJ to make announcements. A smaller PA system as the need is generally aimed at the speeches, and the initial dancing where extreme loud music is a non requirement. The price is for 60 headsets. Additional headsets are available at a small charge per headset. FAQ! How long will the music be available for. ANS! The price quoted for this example is 4.5 hrs where the finishing time is at midnight. FAQ! Can I have additional time, or an early start. ANS! Of course we are happy to quote for early set up, longer use of the traditional PA during the day, for example background music for the wedding breakfast. The Silent Disco can be extended in to the small hours of the morning. Prices are calculated on the clients requirements.
