This is suitable for seating up to 150 guests. The venue fee ranges from (incl VAT) depending on the day, month & the time of year you chose to have your wedding. The venue fee includes: Supply of tables, chairs, crockery, glassware, linen, as well as an easel for your table plan, silver cake knife & stand. Set up & cleaning charges Services of a wedding coordinator Food costs: - Food costs are £45.90 per guest for 2 courses, & £50 per guest for 3 courses. Wines: - We provide two glasses of sparkling wine per guests at the reception, half a bottle of wine per adult on the dining tables & one glass of sparkling for the toasts at an approx. cost of £16/17 per guest. The Merret Package is for 40-60 guests & includes: Access to our 350 year old Oak Barn, with an attached marquee (April- September) & gardens Access to our Green Oak Lodge (October- March)& gardens Chairs, tables & linen, as well as a cart for cards & presents & an easel for your table plan Wedding ceremony fee (which is held in the Oak Barn) Garden reception drinks Two/ Three course wedding breakfast Coffee & homemade chocolates English Wine selection (half bottle per person) Glass of English Sparkling Wine for toasting Complimentary wine tasting for the Bride & Groom Silver cake knife & stand Dedicated wedding planner We do not include decor, cakes, flowers, or a DJ.

This package is for a maximum of 60 Hungry Guests Includes; Full Hog Roast served in a choice of Fresh Bread Roll with Home made Stuffing & Apple Sauce Home Made Coleslaw Disposable Plates & Napkins Included within Price Price subject to Travel.

Midweek No accommodation 50 Guests have exclusive use of the main hall and two reception rooms for four hours. Champagne reception and flowers included. Available Monday from 2pm to Thursday 6pm. Accommodation is available for up to 12 Guests for an additional amount but is not "required"

Our wedding car package is for any weekday* and includes a choice of one of two chauffeur driven wedding cars (see photos) with bows and ribbons to match your colour scheme. The offer applies to a distance of 20 miles from Hurst Green, in East Sussex and for two hours hire from the time of arrival at the brides collection address. Additional charges apply for extra distance and time and for Friday* weddings add £30. Your chauffeur will serve chilled Champagne for an extra charge of £15.00

The charge for an approx 60 minute session . Please note up to 15 fully edited digital files chosen by NLC will be supplied on disc , a model release will required prior to all shoots regardless of chosen package with the copyrights to all images being retained by NLC PHOTOGRAPHY without exception. All images taken during the shoot that NLC PHOTOGRAPHY feel meet our quality standards will also be displayed on your own password protected web album, where additional prints may be purchased. Please note as per our 2017 wedding packages this is a complimentary addition with all full day wedding packages.
