5 Hours of DJ music, MC, all equipment, travel, & set up, is included. Seating, Ceremony, Cocktail & Dinner, and Dancing. You can choose your songs or just let the DJ know what type of music you prefer. It's your choice. A simple one page contract will be emailed to you which you will sign and return by mail with a small deposit. Prices are flexible depending on day of week and time of year. Extra time is only $100/hr. I have an easy to follow spreadsheet on excel that will guide you through everything that usually occurs at weddings so you can choose your music for each event should you choose to do so. Day of Package: This package is designed for couples who have completed the planning process on their own and need help with the logistics and the coordination of their rehearsal, ceremony and reception. This package begins approximately 6-4 weeks prior to the big day. Unlimited consultations with you via telephone, text or email Assistance in budget determination & breakdown if needed Discussion of theme, color, style & complete wedding design Research of wedding professionals in each category you need & provide you with suggestions you need Attendance at 1 vendor appointments of your choice In-person consultation during the planning process Manage any pending details with vendors, point of contact & confirmation with all vendors Create & maintain timeline Ceremony/Reception Venue walk throughs Coordinate rehearsal, ceremony & reception Supervise & assist with all set up & décor Placement of personal items provided by client (programs, favors, menus, quest book, escort cards, etc.) Transfer ceremony items to reception site Coordinate & cue officiant, DJ/Band & Bridal party for ceremony and reception Coordinate all returns of rental items Collect all personal items & gifts for safe keeping Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors Full use of our bridal emergency kit

Makeup and hair for a single bride. This includes a basic application and hair style. Client must come to my home studio on the day and for a consultation.

Meet with you four (4) to six (6) weeks prior to your wedding to discuss your wishes and desires and obtain a clear understanding of your vision, goals, and requirements for your wedding day (1.5 to 2 hour consultation). Be available to consult with you at any time during the six weeks prior to your wedding. Develop facility diagrams and floor plans for your reception site. The 10-5/days prior to wedding we will contact all vendors that will be part of the reception to confirm delivery dates, times, locations and set-up times and instructions. Coordinate all vendor set-ups at the reception site to ensure your vision is implemented properly. (A copy of your contract agreement will be required for all vendors) Oversee assigned details before and during the reception, including: Develop of vendor set-up schedule as part of the wedding day itinerary and distribute to all vendors that will be a part of the reception. Oversee all out source vendor set-ups and act as your spokesperson to ensure all of your wishes are achieved. Ensure tables and stage areas are set up according to your floor plan. (Must supply copy of approved venue floor plan including exact guest count and number of chairs per table) Ensure the guest book, gifts, place card, and cake tables are placed and decorated appropriately. Place favors, table numbers, disposable cameras, etc... on guest tables. Coordinate with the DJ or Master of Ceremonies to ensure your reception flows smoothly from start to finish and follow timeline (announcement of your arrival, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.) Coordinate with photographer to ensure any specific pictures you require are taken. Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to musicians, caterer, photographer, etc. Secure all gifts with caretaker of your choice. Assist you and your families with any matters that may arise. Greet any guests that may arrive late.
