Wedding Package. Duration of shoot: No time limit. Focus is getting the photos and shots we expect and walking away from the event satisfied. Everything is presented digitally. There are no certain limits on how many photos you will receive. There will be a contract that both the client and photographer signs. We want to make sure we are all in agreement with pricing and expectations.

To order this cake, I need a minimum of 6 mos notice with a 50% deposit and blance due upon delivery. This cake feeds 150 guests. There are portions of this cake that are dummy cakes decorated with fondant.

This package is ONLY available for brides in San Diego County, Orange County and Temecula. There is a trip fee for areas outside of this area. This includes 2 45-minute sets of music in the same location (ie. this means no transfers of equipment from one area to another, but rather to stay in one area where the ceremony and cocktail hour or cocktail hour and dinner are taking place) This could be either for 1 set while guests are arriving to the ceremony and then immediately after during cocktail hour or it could be for cocktail hour and dinner combined. These two sets must be back to back (not including the ceremony between guest arrival and cocktail hour if in the same location). This includes mostly jazz standards from the early to mid 20th century, but can include any songs from my full songlist that are requested by the bride. I also offer oldies, blues, rockabilly and some contemporary tunes. I will provide all sound equipment as needed. I also offer basic emcee services free of charge during the event. (telling guests where they need to be or what is happening, announcing grand entrance of bridal party, etc). I will need a $150 deposit to secure the date then the rest of the money needs to be paid in full anytime up to the day of the ceremony. Also, I have one assistant who will be helping me with set up, sound, and breakdown and is there from the beginning to the end of the event. This person does not need a meal provided. Any additional 45 minute sets are $200 each. If the equipment does need to be transferred from one area to the next (at the same location) there is a $50 additional set up fee per transfer. If you want me to learn a specific song that is NOT on my playlist there is a $25 charge.

The Del Lago Trio is an elegant and engaging ensemble performing a variety of music from Bach to the Beatles including pop tunes, jazz standards, music from movies and so much more! Fee is for the prelude music, ceremony and one hour of cocktail music, for a total of two hours. Deposit and contract to reserve the date and musicians.

The prelude music and ceremony fee allows for music while guests enter, music for processional, music for sand/candle ceremony, recessional and one song after the recessional. The trio allows for up to an hour and a half of for the prelude music and ceremony. Deposit and contract to reserve the date and musicians.

Ceremony music includes: Music before the ceremony while guests are arriving and waiting for the ceremony to begin. Processional pieces for family members, bridesmaids and groomsmen, flower girls, etc. and the bridal march. Any other music desired throughout the ceremony. Recessional music played until guests are on their way to the cocktail hour. Cocktail Hour Includes music throughout the cocktail hour after the ceremony. (For any further services, an hourly rate will be applied)

10 to 20 minute folklorico Mexican Dance performance or other time amount needed. This is authentic Mexican folklorico dance and the amount of time can be negotiated and tailored to your event. This group dances for donations only so the fee is negotiable.

Price reflects flowers on the top of the cake, and three clusters on the cake. Price may vary, depending upon flower prices and quantity however. The design is first discussed with our floral designer. A consultation can be arranged in person, or can be conducted over the phone. We ask that you email us pictures as well of different designs you are interested in, so the floral designer can get a sense of your style and preferences. Cake flowers are delivered on the day of the event. Our floral designer will personally place the flowers on the cake before the event begins. Payment is accepted by credit card, cash, or check. Payment should be made before the event.
