This package is perfect for those couples who need some assistance with details during the planning for the wedding day. At this point, having already made initial contacts with some of your s and looking for assistance in securing the remainder of the providers, you will engage Events by Lexi to provide services which could include:
3 planning meetings with the couple, including venue walk-through
Prepare wedding weekend itinerary for wedding party and for providers
Assist with floor plan and seating arrangements
Provider referrals
Set up meetings with providers, attending as needed
Provider contract review
Contact all chosen providers to reconfirm the details, arrangements and timeline
Conduct wedding rehearsal – up to 2 hours
Supervise set up at ceremony and reception location.
Direct wedding day festivities – up to 9 hours
Set up programs, unity candle or other ceremony items
Provide “emergency kit” with such items as nail polish, hairspray, safety pins, sewing kit, baby powder, bobby pins, stick pins, double-sided tape, Tide stick, Emory boards, tweezers, scissors, Static Guard, band-aids, and a few snacks – just in case!
Distribute flowers to wedding party and assist with corsages and boutonnières for groom and groomsmen, if needed
Direct the seating of the guests with the ushers
Queue musicians and officiant
Available to couple for any last-minute details that appear
Attend to Bridal Party and Parents of the Couple
Carry an “emergency kit,” with such items as nail polish, hairspray, safety pins, a sewing kit, scissors, Static Guard, band-aids, and a few snacks – just in case!!
Deliver final payment to providers
Schedule the return of any rental equipment
Work with reception site regarding grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.
Secure all personal items (bouquet, cake topper, cake knife, portrait, guest book, gifts, etc.) for designated family member or friend who is responsible for these items.
Coordinate all the details so you can relax and enjoy your special day!
