This package is perfect for those couples who have their wedding details already planned and secured, and are in need of some assistance with last-minute details during the last month or two of wedding preparations, and day-of coordination on the wedding day! Services offered include:
Planning meeting with couple 6-8 weeks prior to wedding day, ideally at ceremony and/or reception venue
Available via phone and e-mail during your planning
Prepare wedding weekend itinerary for wedding party and for providers
Contact all chosen providers to reconfirm the details, arrangements and timeline
Conduct wedding rehearsal – up to 2 hours
Direct wedding day festivities – up to 9 hours
Set up programs, unity candle and other ceremony items
Distribute flowers and corsages to wedding party and assist with pinning on boutonnières for the gentlemen, if needed
Direct the seating of the wedding guests, at the ceremony, with the ushers
Queue musicians and officiant
Available to the couple for any last-minute needs that arise
Attend to requests of the wedding party and parents of the couple
Provide “emergency kit” with such items as nail polish, hairspray, safety pins, sewing kit, baby powder, bobby pins, stick pins, double-sided tape, Tide stick, Emory boards, tweezers, scissors, Static Guard, band-aids, and a few snacks – just in case!
Deliver final payment to providers
Schedule the return of any rental equipment
Work with reception site regarding grand entrance, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.
Secure all personal items for designated family member or friend who is responsible for these items.
