Secure the wedding date and time with the onsite wedding planner
Up to two hours consultation of the wedding package in which to choose
Up to two hours consultation of the wedding ceremony and reception venues
Up to two hours consultation on setting the wedding budget
Up to two hours consultation of setting the wedding style, design and seating/floor plans
Up to 2 hours consultation and research of wedding favors and welcome bags
Up to 2 hours consultation and research of wedding invitations
Up to 4 hours consultation and booking of welcome cocktail party or dinner
Up to 4 hours consultation and selecting of wedding decor and set-up.
Up to 4 hours consultation and selecting the priest/officiant and music.
Up to 4 hours consultation and selecting bouquettes, corsages, boutonnieres, centre-pieces, floral decorations and or floral hair pieces.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: A certified wedding planner from Canada to accompany you and your group and assist with assembling welcome bags, meet local vendors for itinerary overview, coordinate guest welcome event, coordinate wedding rehearsal, greet and direct vendors day-of ceremony, bridal emergency kit, complete wedding date coordination, organize bridal party flowers and pin boutonnieres, provide direction for ceremony procession, gather wedding party and family for photos, bustle bride's dress and freshen make-up, and cue the DJ or band through the reception.
