— Makeup type: makeup + hairstyle for the bride, makeup and hairstyle for the bride's mother. MAKEUP + HAIRSTYLE (BRIDE): Between € 200 – € 230 (it will depend on the complexity of the hairstyle, if it is tied back before marking, any kind of special treatment, stuffing, whether the makeup includes or not labial lipstick, instant firming treatment, false eyelashes, …). As general rule, those adornments and any other extra will be provided by the costumer, but it can be agreed beforehand The previous tests are voluntary and will be done at / in the Studio and will be charged separately, from € 100, which includes hairstyle + makeup. If the bride requires only makeup service or only hairstyle, the price will be agreed by phone or in person. For transfers that involve a car journey of more than 30 or 40 minutes from Santa Cruz, we will charge a supplement from € 40 in a single payment, added to the total. MAKEUP + HAIRSTYLE: (Guest) Between 70 € – 80 € MAKEUP OR HAIRSTYLE (Only): Between 30 € – 40 €. — Trial hairstyle and makeup — Provide details on the makeup brands you use NARS, Mac Cosmetics, Kryolan, Stage, Inglot, Boby Brown, etc.. — Describe payment and contract details We must firm a contract for wedding stylism service. The customer must pay a DEPOSIT for the purpose of definitively booking the date of service, the time of signing the contract, which will be deducted from the final price, equivalent to 40% of the total price agreed for his personal services. In case of being cancelled, this deposit will be refunded provided that the cancelation will be communicated TWO MONTHS in advance of the date of the wedding. When the work is made outside the studio, the MINIMUN PRICE for these services, regardless of the number of people or if only hairdressing or make-up work is carried out, or both, will be 300 euros (including the amount paid for the deposit).

What our Fee Covers. Our first meeting is free of charge and will last for a maximum of 2 hours. We will discuss budget, types of services you require, look at venues on the lap top and cover your ceremonies options. We will answer all your questions with regards to your wedding/blessing. After this if you would like us to take you to look at venues we would require a 300€ deposit this is non-refundable, but if you decide to use our services after viewing venues then this deposit will be deducted from our overall fee. Following your decision to use our services the following elements are what our full coordination package covers. Provide a budget breakdown and keep a close eye on the budget throughout our coordination. Provide a time line; this will help you with knowing what should have achieved at the various stages. Liaise with chosen vendors booked by us Coordination with all your chosen vendors booked by us On the day coordination, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary to cover everything that will take place on your wedding day and our day will finish with your fist dance.

The shoot will last 1 to 1.5 hours in a couple of nearby locations. You will receive around 40 photos all professionally edited with minor retouching if necessary. You will also receive the images in colour and black and white where appropriate. The images will be delivered via an online gallery where you can share the websize files via social media on the web and download high resolution files for printing yourselves.

All day wedding service about 800 shoots with a digital album 30x30 (40 pages). Digital files for 150€ extra. We have more options and sizes. Pay half of the amount for the reseration and the rest when the work is finished. We also have video service: 600€ (two camera operators edited video).

We shoot wedding, engagemente, honneymoon. We deliver a USB with all the photos we consider they are good stuff. An engagement session 4 hours. The payment details, to book sesssion we ask for the 50%. The rest when we deliver the images.

Wedding day is worth for 12 hours shooting. We deliver the pictures in a USB 300ppi Retouch included. Albums since 500€ Prints depends on the cuantity. Adictional services like video, cinema, prewedding, Trash the dress, The day after, Honney moon and boudoir are avalaible. Payment details, 50% when we sign the contract and the rest when we deliver the work.

During the initial consultation we will set important groundwork and discuss all the details that will help me understand your needs, expectations. Wedding Stories offers a full wedding planning service and you decide to which extend you would like to use it. It could either be a full planning, partial planning or a wedding day coordination itself. Our full wedding planning and coordination package and it includes: Complete venues proposal based on the client´s requirements including information, suitable locations for all the events, pictures and prices Venue viewing with the clients to show them the venues proposed Booking of venue, deposit payment and contracts; booking of church and civil registration (if applicable) Budget management: control of costs and price negotiation; payment of deposits and balance sheet Concierge service: guest’s accommodation at preferred rates, logistics, excursions, and activities while they are in Spain. Suppliers management: recommendation and booking of all the suppliers according to the clients specifications and budget; contact with the suppliers throughout the planning process to inform them about the development of the wedding. Food and beverage management: booking of the catering (if applicable); constant communication with the venue to organize all the F&B requirements; attendance to tasting menu; coordination with the venue to decide set up and list of material needed on the day; creation of lay outs plans; creation of function sheet. Organization of the wedding: running order of the event and suppliers Timeline of the event: a document including a detailed description of every "event" of the wedding including running order, suppliers involvement, deposits paid, remaining payments on the day. This document is useful to make sure that everything is under control and no mistakes will be made on the day. Attendance to all the meetings with suppliers Unlimited meetings with clients and family/friends involve in the planning process. Main contact point for all your guests through out the planning process Constant communication via email, Skype or phone (response within 48 hours) Wedding co-ordination until the end of the wedding (no time limits). Hello, We are Blanca & David, two Barcelona based photographers that have been working and photographing in every continent. People is our passion. In the last 5 years we have been taking bridal photos all around the globe too: specially in Europe and Asia. We are TWO photographers, we are very use too work together always, we are a couple and that's the way we live and work. For us is important covering everything you want on your wedding day. We even propose (some of our brides and grooms feel a little bit resistant to it) to be around when you guys are getting ready, covering all the details and intime moments (without disturbing anyone and getting rid of the "getting dress moments" or being in underwear and all that). We don't work with a limited time: some weddings take 10 hours others take more: we like to go and cover everything without measuring the time. For us the most important thing is connexion and communication with the couples, that's why we always recommend to skype or even meet (if possible). Besides, for the couples that decide to work with us we send a questionary before the day with a lot of questions for you to fill. We usually shoot a lot of photos, and we do send you around 2500 - 3000 low res for you to choose around 250 - 300 for us to retouch individually (we don't retouch all the photos in a row by lightroom or other softwares for retouching on row because we sometimes like to take our an interruptor, or erase something from the floor. Besides we do give you ALL the 2500 - 3000 photos in High Res plus the retouched ones on High Res too in our new brand coorporatives wooden pendrives. (We are attaching a dossier in which we include the packs we offer - that we are gonna to translate in this email at the end) PS: Our Basic Pack includes the shooting day, retouched images (one by one) in a customize pen drive and some instants photos of the day.
