Include all details as Day of Coordination Time allotted for services should not exceed 28 hours outside the office. (Cost of additional hours is $175 per hour.) Discuss all details with the bride and groom. Review and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony outline along with officiate(s), bride and groom. Develop a wedding day itinerary for the couple, wedding party and vendors. Distribution of the final approved itinerary to vendors, officiate, and wedding party. Final detailing with venue contacts (seating charts, guest counts and final balances) Organize and set up photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, and cake cutting items, guest book, and pen at ceremony and or reception. Conduct the wedding rehearsal, provide a wedding time line and delegate responsibilities of each member of the wedding party as designated by the bride and groom. Assist bride, groom and wedding party the day of ceremony. Provide an emergency kit. Conduct the ceremony. Conduct program or outline of reception. Discuss reception plans. Review contracts of all vendors and services that will be providing services for the reception and ceremony. Discuss all details with the bride and groom or persons in charge of reception or event. Finalizing all plans approximately two weeks before the occasion.. Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated and specifically described by client. Supervise ceremony and reception activities insuring that timeline is followed. Distribute payments to vendors. Oversee vendor management Work with you to establish your vision, theme and design concepts Work hand in hand with your floral design team to implement your vision and style Assist with set up and break down of ceremony and receptions sites Direct ceremony and will attend reception making sure that all services are provided as specified by person(s) in charge of the occasion. Will manage the logistics, research and details allowing you to enjoy the fun parts (selecting the perfect dress and cake tasting to name a few things) Recommend vendors within your budget and who fit your personality Liaison between your vendors and you, setting up meeting and following up, scheduling site visits Maintain an expense record for the client helping her/them to stay within their budget. Attend final seamstress appointment to discuss bustling needs of bride with seamstress Arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests informing them of timeline and cost. Arrange accommodations for the bride and groom according to couples budget and preference Unlimited email and phone support.
