In this meeting first ideas and the basic procedures around making a wedding video are discussed. PRODUCTION MEETING During the production meeting we will lock in a style if known, the song that you wish to underplay your wedding video as well as other logistical details. LOCATION & REHEARSAL VISIT Location visit and rehearsal are essentially the same Rehearsal Here I will have the opportunity to plan my setup and get to know the immediate family and friends. ROUGH CUT APPROVAL In the post-production phase you will be given a rough cut of the video which is basically a montage of selected shots. Here you can ask for shots to be swapped, taken out or you can request shots that may have been recorded. FINE CUT APPROVAL A fine cute addressing your first feedback will be presented and minor tweaks can be made. DELIVERY Your Wedding Video Package will be delivered or posted to you. This usually takes place a minimum of 4 weeks or a maximum of 12 weeks from your wedding date depending on the amount of footage. TO THNK ABOUT In preparation please watch a couple of wedding videos to get you into the mode and inspired.
