Our Emerald package provides wedding ceremony coverage by two professional photographers plus beautiful bridal portraits, getting ready shots of the bride and groom with their dear ones and photos of the reception setup. Lovely for brides who don't need full reception coverage for hours but who would like those gorgeous photos of the untouched reception setting and of guests starting to arrive at the reception, drinks in hand. You can add reception coverage by the hour and tailor to your heart's content (see add-on menu). Ceremony - Live acoustic music. Choose 3 songs for your ceremony to be performed live. Canapes - Live acoustic music played in between the ceremony and reception to serenade your guests as the bridal party are getting photos. This is usually 2 x 40 minute sets of live music with a break in between. An iPod will be played over the system in between breaks. Reception - Live acoustic music for dinner and dessert and played right up until the first dance. Choose whichever song you are wanting for your first dance and if it's appropriate the Acoustic Duo will perform it live. The DJ will then take over after having your guests tearing up the dance floor! We will require a 50% deposit to lock in this line up at least 4 weeks before the wedding. If you are wanting a LIVE BAND for the entire reception please email me for further line up options. We can go from a Duo right up to an 8 piece band.

Digital coverage is the hour/s required and includes all selection and processing of your photographic digital files, an online password protected proofing gallery, with all processed files at print and screen resolution for you to download. An additional $30 will include a USB delivered, rather than the download of all files (downloads are usually between 200MB to 600MB).

So you don’t miss a thing, this package is all day coverage from bride & groom’s preparation through to all the festivities at the reception. For those couples that want to ensure every single moment is captured throughout the day, from preparation until the guest start to get their groove on the dance floor…this package is for you. All edited images are supplied in high resolution on a USB. This package includes $150 credit towards a professionally crafted fine art wedding album.

Perfect package for the DIY bride! If you have spent hours collecting, making & personalising the decor, styling & theming for your big day - congratulations, you have done all the hard work! But if you are now left wondering who is going to set it all up on the big day, you can leave that part to Rose Events. For price/hour I can collect all required elements from a specified location & transport them to your ceremony or reception venue. I will then undertake meticulous set-up of these elements to your exact requirements. If required, & for an additional fee, I can return to the venue at the end of your ceremony or reception to pack all elements back down. I can also facilitate delivery of these items back to you the day after your wedding - leaving you carefree & able to relax after the big day!

Full On-the-day Coordination is perfect for the couple who have done all the planning but need someone to help pull it all together in the final few weeks. My expertise lies in my ability to pull together everything that you have planned so far & compile it into an extremely detailed run sheet. This run sheet will not only act of my guide on your wedding day, it is also the perfect tool to cross check that there are no double ups with timings or details that have been missed. This package includes 8 hours of my presence on your wedding day to complete tasks such as managing your timelines, ceremony/reception set-up, running errands, ushering guests, managing you AV requirements, proactively problem solving any issues that arise & more! Communication via phone, email & face-to-face with the bride & groom in the weeks leading up to your wedding to ensure I can complete a detailed run sheet which I will follow to the letter on your wedding day. Simple, Relaxed, Intimate – 20 to 30 guests As you may have gathered, this type of ceremony is generally for those couples who wish to have an intimate ceremony with only a few guests. Your ceremony can be anywhere within 50 kilometres of the Brisbane CBD. Our first meeting is free of any obligation. I believe you and your celebrant should be compatible and if for some reason, you don’t feel I’m the right fit for you, you should seek a celebrant who is . If you have any more than 20 guests I would recommend using my PA System, which is part of the service. My PA will play your pre-recorded music from your phone, iPad, iPod, using a stereo cable which I provide. I use a head microphone and provide a hand mic for readings etc. You’ll also be asked to complete a questionnaire which I will use to write your ceremony. You will always have editing rights to whatever content is in your ceremony. My fee for a Simple Relaxed Ceremony, which includes 15-20 hours of creative input, the rehearsal, unlimited emails, phone calls, meetings, lodgement of your marriage documents and of course your ceremony. This is broken down into a booking fee of $200 to secure my services, with the balance being invoice approximately 2 weeks before your Wedding.

Bells & Whistles 50 or more Guests This service is for a larger wedding with anything from 50 to 300 guests (or more) and generally held at a venue which can be anywhere from a bespoke chapel, a club, restaurant, in a park, someone’s garden etc. Our first meeting is free of any obligation. I believe you and your celebrant should be compatible and if for some reason, you don’t feel I’m the right fit for you, you should seek a celebrant who is . I can email you a link to an encrypted site where you can enter details for your Notice of Intended Marriage (NoIM) and once completed, it will be emailed to me, ready for you to sign in my presence. Alternatively, you can download the form, fill it out and have it witnessed by a JP, Solicitor/Barrister, Doctor of Police Officer and email or post to me. I will provide my PA System so everyone can hear your ceremony and feel involved. My PA will play your pre-recorded music from your phone, iPad, iPod, using a stereo cable which I provide. I use a head microphone and provide a hand mic for readings etc. My husband is my Roadie and he sets up and operates the PA so I can concentrate on you. My service also includes a rehearsal either at the venue or at a nominated address. This gives everyone in your wedding party to meet me and also feel comfortable with where to stand etc. We run through the processional with the music a couple of times to make sure you have plenty of time to walk down the aisle and it’s a good time to make sure it works through my PA. I will give you a “Newlywed Folder” which contains all the forms you’ll need if you are intending to change your name after marriage. You’ll also be asked to complete a questionnaire which I will use to write your ceremony. You will always have editing rights to whatever content is in your ceremony. Elopement You Two, 2 Witnesses and Me This is a service I provide for couples who want to be married somewhere other than the Registry Office, with two witnesses (generally provided by you) to sign the marriage certificates. It can be anywhere within 50 kilometres of Brisbane CBD. Some couples like to be married mid-morning and then go for lunch to celebrate or late afternoon and go out for drinks or dinner. I provide the legal documents and lodge them with the Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages the first working day after your ceremony has taken place. What you are required by law to provide is: Original Birth Certificate, Photo ID and also if you’ve been married before, an original Divorce or Death certificate as proof of how the marriage ended. I can send you a link to an encrypted site where you can enter details for your Notice of Intended Marriage (NoIM) and once completed, it will be emailed to me, ready for you to sign in my presence. Alternatively, you can download the form, fill it out and have it witnessed by a JP, Solicitor/Barrister, Doctor of Police Officer and email or post to me. A Booking Fee of $200 will secure my service and I will invoice you for the balance of $250 two weeks prior to your ceremony.
