Consultations with you via telephone/email/ face to face
Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections. Booking of vendors as required by client
Co-ordination of all vendors/selected by client
Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
Wedding day etiquette and advice.
All aspects of design and décor including a design book, linen selection, chair selection, logistics of all rentals, complete set up and take down (additional charges applied where take down is requested)
Attendance at vendor appointments of your choice
Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day
Assistance at rehearsal and rehearsal dinner itinerary
Full venue decoration and coordination of vendors
On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception. Oversee wedding day from start to end
Access to wedding day kit (allergy pills, tide to go, Tylenol etc)
Post wedding as needed
Inclusive of FREE use of any decor I have and day of coordination
