Begins 4 months prior to event; review vendor & service contracts, develop & implement wedding day itinerary; two to three visit to ceremony & reception venues (travel charges may apply); coordination of all services, vendors and key personnel; coordinate and conduct wedding rehearsal (2 hour max); ensure venues and services are as discussed/contracted; DREAM personal assistant for bride on wedding day; Wedding Emergency Kit; consultants services until the party begins and all gifts are secure.

Day of Plus Beginning up to 4 WEEKS prior to the date; Complimentary Initial Consultation; review vendor & service contracts; recommend reputable vendors as needed; up to 3 site visits to ceremony and/or reception venues; unlimited: phone/email/text communication; check-in consultations, as needed; develop & implement wedding day itinerary for all key personnel; develop a vendor timeline for all contracted vendors and/or services; coordinate and conduct rehearsal (2 hour max.); create event itinerary for key personnel; ensure venues and services are as discussed/contracted; Dream Team services until all traditions are complete, the gifts are secured and the party begins.

We do ALL of the work and present the clients with three choice vendors in each area. All details of the other packages plus; assistance with/ consultation of wedding party dress style; assistance with ALL aspects of the wedding and reception venues and choices; review contracts PRIOR to the couple signing; DREAM personal assistant for bride on wedding day; Wedding Emergency Kit; Dream Team's services for the entire day. Price listed is the minimum fee.
