Book Your Event- To tentatively reserve the grounds for a wedding ceremony, please call or e-mail. A Fee of $500.00 is required in order to book this amenity. The tentative date and time will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of the $500 rental fee and signed copy of the Policies and Procedures Contract. Final plans must be confirmed with event manager 10 days prior to the scheduled wedding ceremony
Restricted items that are not permitted to be used at Events include, but are not limited to: sparklers, wax candles, confetti and scatters (including glitter)
Portable music, DJ’s or bands are allowed within the terms of the Policies & Procedures Contract
The site shall be used as is; without rearranging benches, plants or other materials
Food and Beverage details are required 30 days prior, with payment of half the F&B minimum or proposal estimate
Confirmation of the number of guests 7 days prior to your event.
Rental fees reflect a maximum 5-hour period of time (including ceremony, if applicable), if time exceeds hourly charges will apply.
All outside vendors must be approved by Events Director. Vendors may access the space up to 3 hours before your event –specific times will be coordinated for each event. Early access to space may include an early set up fee.Ceremonies may be scheduled between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm
You are free to take pictures anywhere on our grounds
Ceremony set-up must take place on the day of the
wedding
