The hotel has 4 inclusive packages based on 50 day and 80 evening guests ranging and include the following: Red carpet welcome Afternoon and evening room hire (excluding civil ceremony) Hotel Master of Ceremonies Cake stand and knife Chair covers with colour co-ordinated sashes Complimentary Bridal Suite with a bottle of 'fizz' Use of hotel grounds for photos. Table plan, placecards and menus White linen tablecloths and napkins A reception drink for 50 on arrival. 3 course meal with coffee for 50 guests. A glass of wine for 50 guests with the meal. A glass of sparkling wine for 50 guests for the toast. Evening buffet for 80 guests Resident Disco until midnight. ** content varies depending on package chosen** The hotel is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and a separate room hire charge of £425.00 is applicable for the larger room or £295.00 for a smaller room. The Broughton Room is the hotel's main wedding function suite and is situated on the ground floor, with plenty of natural daylight, air conditioning and access to its own private terrace and garden. A minimum of 50 is required and it will seat up to 90 for the afternoon reception and accommodate up to 120 informally for an evening reception. Preferential rates are available for guests wishing to stay at the hotel and exclusive use of the hotel is also an option which can be discussed at enquiry stage.

Engagement session carried out either at your home, or at a location of your choice. We will spend about an hour with you, utilising the area to capture stunning images of you both against various backgrounds. These images will then be enhanced and the best 10 provided to you as digital downloads. If you would like, we can also supply prints, photo books and other photographic products. For an extra special engagement session, we can even arrange for you to have your makeup applied by one of the Island's professional makeup artists. This service is just an additional £25 and will take place at your home, immediately before the session.

Package caters for 50 guests sitting down, 50 guests joining in the evening. Package price is for Friday and Saturday. We use two photographers, myself and my partner to capture your day from two different angles, handy if you want both the bride and Groom's preparations shots taken and really good during the wedding ceremony as it means we don't have to move about as one can cover the front of the room while the other is at the back. It also means that I concentrate of the more formal shots while my partner covers the candid informal shots. Our prices depending on the album you require, with parent albums starting at £150 depending on the size and number of photographs We’re flexible on what we can offer you and you can’t sum it all up in an email so if you would like to meet me, let me know. We can discuss your wedding and you can look at the albums. There is of course, no obligation to book. Also if you book us for your wedding we do offer an engagement/pre wedding shoot for free.

Pre-wedding photography can be a wonderful way to record your engagement and is also a fantastic way for us to get to know each other before we shoot your wedding. An engagement session costs or if you have already booked us as your wedding photographer only £100 (yes half price if you have booked your wedding with us) and includes a 2 hour session at a local location of your choice preferably somewhere that has a special meaning for you as a couple. After the session and after we have edited your photographs we will provide with a link to download your hi-resolution images.. The images come with full print rights for your own use. We also offer the option for you to purchase print products from ourselves including storybook engagement albums, canvas prints etc. We accept payment via bacs, cash, credit and debit cards.

Our splitscreen VW Campervans and Beetles have been lovingly restored and are maintained to a high standard. They have all enjoyed many weddings and our feedback says it all. Our vehicles all have names too; Sleepy Jean & Rose are our lovely 1960s campervans, Betty & Bluebell are our classic Beetles, and Daisy Bug is our modern retro bug. Our service is very personal and we dress the vehicles in beautiful accessories upon request, such as flowers on the bumpers. Included is a handwritten message on one of our chalkboards which looks fantastic in your wedding photographs. We'll arrive early so that you can have photographs with the vehicles, and get you to your ceremony in style. We wait during your ceremony, when we set up the vehicle for your guests to see and you to enjoy as newly weds. This is a special time and you might even want to have your quiet time photography with your own photographer. We then take you to your reception venue where you and your guests can fully enjoy some photos with the vehicles. We leave when you go in for your speeches. Time is generally not restricted as we know that this is a very special day, and therefore we don't charge by the hour. The campers can seat up to 5 passengers each, over the age of 3, and the Beetles up to 3 passengers over the age of 3. Please note that these are old vehicles which were produced before seat belts became standard, although Rose and Daisy Bug have 2 rear seat belts. Our drivers are very helpful and experienced with wedding services and will make every effort to help create a unique and smooth day for you. So, what sort of bridal parties do we take? ... Well, we have transported a wide variety of parties, including brides, grooms, fathers, mothers, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls and page boys. We can also take your photographer. To book, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 per vehicle, with the balance being due 8 weeks before your wedding day. Cancellations must be notified as soon as possible please as we are a professional busy with high demand but filling cancelled dates is not always possible. Prices start at £350 for the campers and £295 for the Beetles. This includes all of our transportation services, vehicle dressing, driver, duration of hire, fuel, insurance, administration time, vehicle cleaning after use, and other business costs. We operate in the south Hampshire and western West Sussex areas, normally with 25 miles from Waterlooville where we are based. Further distances will be considered and we strongly recommend hiring 2 vehicles for back up. We decided to keep things nice and easy 1: 5 DVDs which include 6 chapters ...these are usually.. The big day, The ceremony, The speeches, First Dance, The slide shown (60 pics) and The highlights 2: A PC version of the full movie as above + A PC version of the highlights and the slide show, you can uploaded it onto the web or make copies to give to your friends 3: 2 Panasonic SD 900 camcorders with a combined total recording time of 8 hours + 6 battery's and 2 chargers + a camcorder light, for low light shooting.
