The assignment of the present agreement includes our consultancy role and coordination for the days of events and includes the following services: ▪ Time planning e scheduling activities • Support in the documentation for the legal wedding ▪ 1 personal coordinator for the wedding day ▪ Email, skype correspondence to plan your wedding ▪ Legal Civil Ceremony, Venue, Photographer, flower bouquet and boutonierre, make up & hair • Booking suppliers on your behalf • pre and post activities planning We will be entitled and in charge of all relationships with the proposed and contracted suppliers. Third part extras: Entertainment, Lunch/dinner reception (private room), Wedding Centerpiece, transfers, accomodation etc. If the wedding is canceled, the 50% deposit given will be refunded: - Totally if the wedding is cancelled 1 week after the signature of this agreement - No refund if the wedding is cancelled afterwards. - If the wedding is cancelled 1 month before the wedding, we will recognise to us the full compensation
