We give the property only in exclusive for weddings. We can accommodate in Our Relais up to 24 persons in 7 suites or 28/30 persons with the sofa beds and extra beds. It is possible to choose from 4 different settings included in the price. Villa Le Sorti is open for lunch from 11:00 am to 19:00 pm, for dinner from 17:00 pm to 01:00 am. Villa Le Sorti can receive max 230 Guests. Differents kinds of menus and solutions are available. Villa Le Sorti can provide differents kinds of acocmodations and services. The package does not includes flowers but some decorations. The package does not includes a dj. The cake is not included. It is requested € 500,00 for the exclusive booking of the Villa, the final payment has to be done during the week before the event. Special promotions for 2017 weddings: romantic night with white candles or red carpet with candles at the main entrance of the Villa or the setting up of the lounge area.

Two days accomodation in our comfortable apartments can accommodate people from 2 to 6. Guests can relax and enjoy in our 103 hectares of agriculture land. A tennis court, a table tennis, a bicycle, a swimming pool are all services guests can use for free. Unlimited consultation with you by Skype calls, phone calls and emails during all the organization of the wedding, also on weekends and non-working hours. Search of Church or location for civil/symbolic ceremony. Search of the perfect wedding venue. Selection, management and coordination of all the wedding vendors including florists, photographers, musicians, caterers, entertainment, attire, hair dressing and make-up, stationery, car/bus rentals, accommodations etc. Search and management of vendors’ best quotes and contracts, always in respect of price/quality ratio and your budget. All the vendors will be directly paid by you. Management and coordination of the wedding timeline. Management and coordination of the wedding budget and ongoing tracking of payments. On site inspection of the venues with you. Organization and management of the rehearsal dinner before the wedding and/or the brunch the next day. Day of coordination: briefing to all the vendors and on site assistance during the wedding day. For our services we require a 25% down payment on signing of agreement and the remaining in other three monthly/bimonthly payments with the balance paid 60 days prior to the event. The indicated cost is VAT included. All the vendors will be directly paid by you, we will give you all their bank details.
