Venue Rental-The Views at Superstition Venue rental with the use of the bridal & groom suites for the entire day and the reception for up to 6 Hours including: All tables, chairs, ivory floor length linens with your choice of colored overlay for the guest tables, black shimmer linens for your vendor tables, complimentary cake cutting and champagne pour (champagne provided by client), complete set-up, clean-up, coordination of event with all your vendors through out the entire wedding planning process.
Linens-Upgraded shimmer table linens - Full length linens for all your guest tables, full length linens for your cake table. Up to 4 Banquet table linens for your head table and chair ties for every other guest chair.
Ceremony @ Tree Location-Ceremony to be held at our Mountain Brook Tree Location including: White guest chairs, tables dressed in white linens, water service, rehearsal, set-up & clean-up. The Views at Superstition staff will coordinate the rehearsal and day of ceremony as well.
Officiant-Ceremony Officiant to provide consultation, custom or traditional vows and attendance at your rehearsal. * Inquire about select officiants included.
Catering Bella-Exceptional buffet presentation from one of our exceptional caters Including appetizers and buffet items of your choice, Ivory dinner plates, water goblet, silver spoon, fork and knife and colored linen dinner napkin. Full service staff will set up beautiful buffet, appetizer and non-alcoholic beverage stations. They will serve dinner and bus your tables through out the entire evening. Tax and gratuity included. Bar Service-Bar tending service for up to 5 hours including: Bartender (s), bar, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, bottled water, tonic & club soda, Orange, grapefruit & cranberry juice, margarita mix, lemons & limes, Ice, cups , napkins, stir sticks and all bar supplies. CLIENT TO PROVIDE ALL ALCOHOL.
Cake-Cake of your choice from one of our three exquisite cake designers from our Preferred Professionals list ~ Price includes complimentary tasting, set-up and one delivery.
Centerpiece-Bella Floral Beautiful Fresh Floral Centerpiece for up to 13 Guest tables from our Bella Package. You meet with the florist and pick they type and design of your fresh floral centerpieces. You can revise this proposal price with the florist based on the cost of the flowers you choose- this fee goes towards your floral design credit.
Floral Bella-One Bridal Bouquet, up to (4) handheld bouquets, up to (9) boutonnieres, up to (4) corsages, cake flowers, head table flowers & toss bouquet.
